The primary goal of the program is to safeguard the life and safety of PTC employees and to preserve the company’s assets at all times. With a firm commitment to its BCM policy, PTC is positioned to recover and resume business operations immediately after any incident, ensuring that the company is able to provide the PTC brand of service to its customers under any and all circumstances At the helm of the program is the PTC Incident Management Team headed by Mr. Peter Lugue as Incident Commander and assisted by Mr. Ronald Macalintal. As part of the training program, a BCM Week comprised of activities designed to educate employees on their roles in the implementation of the system will be held in March. PTC Further Strengthens Business Continuity Management Program ACM Homes Recognized by PNB Savings Bank ACM Homes was honored with a Special Citation Award at the recently concluded PNB Savings Bank 3rd Prestige Awards held last December 13, 2018 at the Manila Polo Club. The award recognizes ACM Homes’ significant contribution to the bank’s real estate development programs over the past year. Mr. Jose B. Amantoy, Jr., Chief Operating Officer, and Ms. Maria Neriza B. Manuel, Head of Account Management and Corporate Treasury, received the award on behalf of the company. ACM Homes was recognized alongside some of the most prominent names in real estate development, attesting to the company’s growing prominence in the industry. Swedish Ambassador Harald Fries Visits PTC Ambassador Harald Fries of the Embassy of Sweden in Manila visited First Maritime Place last January 14 to meet with executives of the PTC Group headed by Ambassador Carlos Salinas. Ambassador Fries was accompanied by Madame Susan Fries, Deputy Head of Mission Lennart Jansson and other delegates from the Embassy. During the visit, PTC CEO Gerardo Borromeo gave the Ambassador and his team a brief overview of the PTC Group of Companies, a tour of PTC’s training facilities, and a report on the successful run of the #HindiAkoPlastic film roadshow conducted by the PTC-CSJ Foundation in cooperation with the Embassy of Sweden in Manila and the Swedish Institute. Also discussed were highlights of the award-winning project “Plastic-Free Starts with Me at PTC,” the company’s campaign promoting the broad-based use of the Ecoborick. Ambassador Fries and his team had the opportunity to test the ecobrick furniture constructed by PTC Group employees. CTI Maintains ISO 9001:2015 Certification Constellation Travels, Inc. is proud to announce that the company has successfully passed the first surveillance audit for the ISO 9001:2015 Certification of its Quality Management System. The audit was conducted by TUV Rheinland Philippines, Inc. last December 6, 2018, following that company’s initial transition to the 2015 version of the ISO 9001 standard last year. The re-certification is yet another testament to Constellation Travel’s commitment to the continuous improvement of their management system in order to provide unparalleled service to their valued customers.

PTC has further strengthened its Business Continuity Management (BCM) program through the release of its official BCM policy and the scheduled launch of a comprehensive training program in support of the company’s ongoing BCM efforts. The primary goal of the program is to safeguard the life and safety of PTC employees and to preserve the company’s assets at all times. PHILCAMSAT Employees Undergo Basic Training at The MASTEmployees of the Philippine Center for Advanced Maritime Simulation and Training (PHILCAMSAT) underwent familiarization training at The MAST in Maragondon, Cavite. Conducted in two batches, the activity was designed to help equip participants with a deeper understanding of the programs offered by the Center by allowing them to experience the training exercises firsthand. The modules included in the employees’ training were Firefighting, Personal Survival Technique and Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boat.

PTC Mil-Com Renews Partnership with PAL ExpressPTC Mil-Com Aviation Training Center, Inc. recently renewed its Service Agreement with PAL Express to provide cabin crew training facilities to the airline. PAL Express has been a customer of PTC Mil-Com since 2016, utilizing the Center’s industry-grade training equipment and facility including the Airbus A320 Cabin Mock-up and the A320 emergency slide. Signing the agreement were PTC Mil-Com General Manager Dino Santos and PAL Express Inflight Services and Training Manager Aloysius Mercado. PAL Express is the domestic division of the country’s flag carrier Philippine Airlines with services to and from Manila, Cebu, Davao and Zamboanga.
