Enta HR provides the organization module so user can be able to arrange and modify company’s organi-

zation structure effectively and easily. Organization structure data can be imported to Microsoft Visio

template to generate organization hierarchies in horizontal view.

Once configured, HR will be able to view and check employment placement including the vacant posi-

tion across the organization to create recruitment plan and successtion analysis based on position re-

quirements.

electronic storage system, HR team can easily

keep employee personal data without need large

storage space compare to traditional paper based

report or they can design their own report to

EntaHR offers a full configurable shift scheduling

that is flexible yet powerful to accommodate any

type of scheduling used in the company. User can

create unlimited work schedule and group and

apply it to designated employees. After configur-

ing work shift, user can link EntaHR with attend-

ance machine data where the data can be auto-

matically transferred from attendance machine to

EntaHR or manually uploaded using txt or excel

file.

When overtime applies, EntaHR will automatically

calculate the overtime index where it will be

transferred to payroll to be convert to payment.

has became an important component for the

total benefit package offered to employees. User

should manage and control over the expense

claim to manage costs, motivate the employees

and comply with the government regulations. The

complexity of the expense claims may include the

medical insurance, meal and transport claim,

travel, entertainment, and others can be difficult

to manage. On EntaHR, user could improves the

efficiency of claim processing by automatically

validate the employee expense claim balance,

and if the company policy permits the process
