INTRODUCTIONBorn in february 24,1955 at San Fransisco, California.His birth parents were Abdulfattah John Jandali and Schieble.Later he was adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs.

EDUCATIONJobs attended Cupertino Juniors High School and Homestead High School in Cupertino, California.He graduated from his school in 1972.He enrolled at Reed College in Portland,Oregan but was dropped out of college after 1st semester.

CAREERHis first move professionally was that of a technician at Atari, Inc. in Los Gatos, California, in 1973.In 1976, along with Wozniak, he founded Apple Computer Company. Initially, the company mainly aimed at selling circuit boards. Same year, Wozniak invented the Apple I computer.

CONTINUEIn 1985, he resigned from his own company and in the same year he founded neXt Inc.Then in 1998, Apple iMac was introduced to the world. It was the direct result of his return to Apple.

CONTINUEIn 2000, he became the permanent CEO of Apple, adopting the title, iCEO. In 2005, with Disneys purchase of Pixar, he became the largest shareholder of Walt Disney Company with approximately 7% of the companys stock. He served as one of the board members in the company.

CONTINUEIn 2007, he forayed into cellular phone business with the launch of iPhone and rest as they say is history. In 2008 , iPhone 3G was released.Then in 2010 , he launched iPhone 4. In 2011 , iPhone 4S was released. In the same year, he resigned as the CEO of Apple.

ACHIEVEMENTS During his life, he received several awards including National Medal of Technology and Jefferson Award for Public Service. He was inducted into California Hall of Fame in 2007. Same year, he was named the most powerful person in business by Fortune magazine. In 2009, Fortune magazine named him as the CEO of the decade. Following year, he ranked at No 17 in Forbes list of The World's Most Powerful People. In 2010, he was named person of the year by Financial TimesREASONS OF HIS POPULARITYApple Company.iPhone.Next.Pixar.Charity.

CONCLUSIONSteve Jobs has and is still touching the lives of people all around the world today. His story is amazing to read because despite all of the hardships he faced, he did what he said he was going to do: become a millionaire. He had a dream and he wouldnt stop until it was lived out. To summarize his life, one could say he was adopted at birth and the disappointment of his parents giving him up followed him for the rest of his life.
