    I do meditate however not as often as I would li1e to. "he reality of meditation is it ta1es strenth. >ettincontrol of my own mind is never somethin I was ood at. 4ometimes after meditatin, I felt drainedbecause it too1 so much ?ust to relax and turn my brain off. 5or me to be able to meditate daily I wouldneed to have a hidin place where no one could find me in order to et some peace and quiet. I have ayoun child and she does not allow mommy a moment@s peace. $hen she starts school maybe I will havebetter chances at incorporatin meditation bac1 in to my daily life.
