Legacy Systems SupportGeneralPSP has expert knowledge of working with Legacy Systems. From supporting a stand alone database to a wider range of software applications. We offer you full support of your existing system, whilst bringing you fully up to date with the latest technologies on your current system.

PSP supports CIPS database which encompasses Membership, Events and Exam bookings. We ensure API’s (Application Programming Interface) talk to a number of systems including a website and finance system. The application is built using PowerBuilder on a SQL 2000 database.

Supporting and developing the Helpdesk and Sales System in order bring the existing dated application up to date with current technologies. This involves supporting multiple technologies.

Supporting legacy CRM and now key development partner for maintaining and developing the CRM going forward (unable to disclose application due to confidentiality agreement with original supplier)

Customer Services TeamCustomer Service Manager:

Responsible for coordinating day to day activities for the team, managing customer communications and ultimately responsible for meeting all our client commitments. Above all ensuring a knowledgeable, consistent and timely service which is adaptable to meet the changing needs of our clients.

Customer & Project Support Assistants:

Our dedicated team of Customer & Project Support Assistant are responsible for dealing with customer queries, testing systems developed by PSP and managing customer queries and Helpdesk requests, ensuring all requests are dealt with swiftly, efficiently and within SLA.

Administration Support:

Administration Support representatives play a key role in ensuring we meet all our commitments supporting the department manager and project support assistants in a variety of activities, including the provision of various ‘managed services’ outsourced to PSP from some of our clients.
