    Warm greetings!

    We are indeed happy to inform that, you have been provisionally selected for admission and allotment under BE degree program at PSGiTECH. We deem it a pleasure in welcoming you, to our institution.

    You are requested to report for admission in Hall No E5 101 at the college campus on 18th July (Friday) at 10 am. The candidates have to arrange the certificates as mentioned in Annexure A and bring them while reporting for admission.

    *(The amount paid at the counseling center, first graduate concession amount, SC/ST fee exemption amount were deducted and the balance amount is mentioned.)

    DD for the amount as given in the above table has to be taken in favour of "The Principal, PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research" payable at Coimbatore. If hostel accommodation is required, please bring a DD for Rs.60,000/- in favour of "PSGiTech Hostel" payable at Coimbatore, on 31st July (Thursday) 2014 at 10 am towards hostel deposit, room rent and boarding charges (Mess fees for the entire first year) for the academic year 2014-2015.

    An orientation programme for the freshers will be held on 31st July (Thursday), 2014 at 4.00 pm at College Campus. Parents are invited and requested to attend the programme.

    The regular class work will commence from 1st Aug, 2014.

    Note : You are advised to take sufficient number of photo copies of the original certificates and retain them for your later use. The original certificates submitted at the time of admission will be returned only after the approval of admission by DoTE and Anna University which will take about 6 months time.

  • DECLARATION FORM I hereby solemnly and sincerely affirm : 1. That the statements made and information furnished in my son's / daughter's / ward's application as also in all the enclosures there to submit by him / her are true. Should it however, be found that any information furnished there in is untrue in material particulars. I realize that I am liable to criminal prosecution and I also agree to the forfeiture of the seat in the institution. 2. That my son / daughter / ward involved in breach of discipline and disobeying of rules or bad conduct in extracurricular activities, he/she will also entail summarily forfeiture of seat in the institution, in addition to such other proceedings that may be taken against him / her. 8.
