The exterior part of the brochure:

    The left hand side section:

(Please note that the actual construction may not reflect exactly the artists rendition in this

    brochure)

We should have the above written (small letters but still legible) below

the image at the bottom of this section (the image could be lifted a

bit). It could also be written on top of the image (and the image

lowered a bit), whatever looks better.

    The middle section:Pueblo Santa Fe

This architecturally-controlled development offers three exclusivemodel home designs to give you the peace of mind that the house nextdoor will meet with your expectations. It also offers complete turn-key home construction including customization of interior finishoptions and a lot of your choice (average lot size: 500 sq.mts/5382sq.ft).

For your convenience the Project Office and Sales Center, as well asthe Home of the Developer, are located on-site. More details on

website: www.pueblo-santa-fe.com (the website addressshould be very noticeable, maybe bigger blue characters). You willnotice that I am trying to avoid the words we and our. Moredetails on website does not sound the best to me, maybe you can finda better way to express it.

In the Contact information it may be better to have the last lineDpto. Rivas, Nicaragua a little indented so that it does not line upwith Mailing address.

The right hand section (which is the cover sheet of thebrochure):

Between San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua and Unique in Nicaraguamaybe a little line to separate. OR maybe underline Unique inNicaragua.

I am now questioning the pre-planned expression (although I haveused it extensively). Is the pre really necessary? Or could we justsay A Totally Planned Retirement Community? What do you think is

    best?

If possible, the 3 sections should be at the same level on top and atthe bottom (as I said if at all possible)

    The interior of the brochure:

I have completed the missing info on the construction area. See ifthere is enough room for what is below. If there is not enough spacefor all of this we could abbreviate the sq.mts by m2 (a small higher2)

Please remove the Price to be held until Nov. 30, 2010 below theincluding patio

    Model Avila

2-Bedroom/2-Bath rambler built around a beautiful courtyard and patio.

    Total construction area: 147,37 sq.mts/1,586 sq.ft (this includesgallery of 36,86 sq.mts/396 sq.ft).

    Model Cordoba

2-Bedroom/2-Bath with a stunning living & dining area and a wraparound patio. (Please note that this wording is a bit different to whatwe already have)

    Total construction area: 163,70 sq.mts/1,762 sq.ft (this includes apatio of 49,45 sq.mts/532 sq.ft).

Luis, the one thing that I am not too sure about is moving the A

special discount will be given for the first House purchased of eachmodel to just below the images of the models instead of leaving it atthe bottom. The reason is that hopefully we will eventually be sellingthe first house of each model and when we reprint this brochure wewill have to remove this special offer and if we do not want to redopart of the artwork for the reprint, this special offer should be in aspace that it will not affect the look of the brochure if we justremove the text on that space but keep everything else unchanged. Please see what is best.
