How “Epicor ERP” and “Office 365” simplify my day to

day work !

In our Epicor ERP, when we generate our invoices, we normally send them by email using standard Epicor “Print SSRS Email/Fax”

…When we receive the email, we noramlly save the « attachement » on our onedrive for archiving …This take time & can be forget !

Now, using « Epicor ERP » & « Office 365 », this can be done in « One Step » and automatically !

The setup is done in a few minutes !

The “Office 365” Flow is setup as followed :

2nd Step, the Flow Save the Invoice in the « OneDrive » or « SharePoint »

1rst Step, the Flow

email, in this case

« Invoice » send from

« Epicor ERP »

So using my “Epicor ERP” and my “Office 365 Flow”…a few second later...

I receive an email with the Invoice attached and ….

And the Epicor ERP invoice is archived in my OneDrive !

All this in one step !
