PSC’s Emergency Response Services- 1-877-577-2669

One call does it all!

We already handle your waste; doesn’t it make sense for PSC to handle your spills, as well? Since many of our generators look to PSC for answers in handling their waste, it was a natural fit for our company to offer Emergency Response Services, as well.

With over 500+ locations, we can offer response time in less than 2 hours. Our ER hotline is operated by a live PSC employee that is trained in Hazardous Materials Regulatory Compliance. Not a half asleep dispatcher that has the ER phone for the night.

PSC Response Footprint

We respond to all types of emergency response situations including:

• Chemical Spill Mitigation and cleanups• Biohazard response• Remote handling and deactivation high-hazard• Large scale response and site remediation• Disaster Response

During a response, we will respond to the emergency, notify federal or state agencies, monitor progress, and communicate updates, review shipping documents and schedule waste shipments. All of this will be detailed in a post incident report for your records. And more importantly, your waste will be going to your approved PSC disposal facility that already knows your waste streams and has your profiles.

“But I already have an ER response company”With the recession putting the squeeze on

smaller companies, many emergency response companies will be going out of business or losing their resources; employee and equipment. It is important to have a back up to make sure that in the time of an emergency you can act quickly.

PSC has a simple one page set up sheet that can get your facility in our system for Emergency Response management. Once we get the setup sheet from you, we will set up a client profile that will be in our system and utilized during a response. The profile will outline your requirements for our emergency response, example that the primary contact will be for updates and notifications, establish invoicing processes.

Please let me know if you are interested, I will be glad to send you more information or go over this in person; Melissa Kayda-Macha – 210-872-5587. Don’t let your facility get caught off guard. Get set up today!!!!

Meet Luke…..

Lucky Me…Being the proud mama, I had to show off my second child, Luke Easton Macha. He is eight months (19 lbs...yikes) in this picture and we have him all dressed up for St. Patty’s day.ThanksI want to take a second to thank all my clients for sticking by me while I was out on maternity leave. And more importantly, I want to thank my PSC family for making sure that my clients were taken care of while I was gone. Especially, my Mary Monell, who is the best Customer Service Representative in the World!!!! I feel sorry for my competitors because there is only one Mary ...and I got her. If you have a “Mary is Wonderful” story of your own, please send it to me and I will pass it along to her boss.Congratulations Mary!!! Mary & Justin 4-everAlso, please help me congratulate, Mary on her recent nuptials. As you can see, she was the most beautiful bride.
