What does success look like to you?

I would have a network of colleagues in the other divisions of Primary and I would know who to go if I had a problem I needed assistance with.

Relationships would be open and transparent and come from a sentiment of wanting to support for the good of the larger picture.

There would be respect for others’ time to avoid support becoming dependence.

When support was offered and accepted, it would be delivered as promised.

Communication is something that the company understands it doesn’t do particularly well, but struggles to practically implement change in this regard.

Better communication, especially between different departments as well Centre Support and the medical centres, would certainly go a long way to creating a more productive and positive environment and is something that a number of people would welcome

What does success look like to you?

Work would feel more rewarding as it would enable employees to jointly produce higher quality business outcomes

Work would be an interesting place to be – AMAZING! We could leverage off lessons learnt and bring new ideas from various levels of the business. If a person knows we are operating as one larger business then they are going to feel encouraged to work across the business units and not in silos.

A shift towards a more collaborative environment would motivate people and would also prevent doubling up of work by different departments

At times it seems like there is a lot of information and knowledge resources within the company but they’re locked down by particular departments
