Absolute Developments is the property development division of the Absolute World Group, where we create

Phase I of Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa, Phuket, Thailand will be opening in December 2012, following a

unique resort offering some of the best views of Phuket’s west coast. Due to popular demand, we have now

On Phuket’s sister resort island, Koh Samui, the we are proud to deliver the exclusive Private Residence Club, The

Beach Samui. The first Private Residence Club on Koh Samui, designed for us by internationally renowned design

team Yoo Studio, and part of the Design Hotels™ collection of boutique resorts, set to open in 2014 on the

idyllic south-west corner of the Island.

Building on our Samui success, we are also set to launch a vibrant new beach club in Chaweng - the Absolute

EDUCATING THE INDUSTRY

Alternative ownership is a relatively new concept for Thailand and the Asia Pacific region and the

Absolute World Group have established themselves as leaders within this exciting and rapidly expanding

market. To support the growth of this concept in the Asia Pacific regions the Absolute World Group

founded the annual Alternative Ownership Conference Asia Pacific (AOCAP), now in its fifth successful

year, attracting many branded hotels and resorts as well as local and international property investors who

are choosing to channel their money into this fast growing tourism market and provide an alternative

ownership style for clients.

The AOCAP conference helps established operators and those with an interest in alternative ownership

models through education and knowledge exchange with the industry’s leaders.

More than 100 delegates from around the world participate in the conference held annually in locations

across South East Asia.

The past 15 years of Absolute World Group’s CSR activities have provided a foundation on which

to build, and moving into our 15th anniversary year and beyond we have developed three core values

on which to base our longstanding CSR initiatives around: Holiday Smarter, Holiday Fitter, which

groups programmes assisting in the development of a healthier attitude to holidays for the benefits of

members, guests and globally placed teams; CommUNITY, which groups those for the benefit of our

local Community; and Absolute Eco-Friendlier, which groups initiatives with a more environmentally

conscious approach.

This year we have established an in-house ‘CommUNITY Committee’ to develop a staff volunteer service

for local community and charity events, as well as developing a structured work experience programme

throughout our business sectors to provide invaluable on-the-job training. Recent Holiday Smarter,

Holiday Fitter initiatives have included further developments to our successful team Bootcamp which

is being expanded in size and frequency, and the launch of a series of exercise videos available on the

in-room entertainment system for guests and members. We also continue to expand and integrate

environmentally-friendly operational strategies under our Absolute Eco-Friendlier programme at our

resorts, both existing and new, reducing energy consumption and waste. In our newest resort, the award-

winning The Beach Samui, which is set to open Autumn 2013, environmentally-friendly technologies

have been incorporated from the concept and design phase and throughout the build. We have already

taken part in a number of Eco initiatives this year including the replenishment of Mangrove’s in honor of

Her Majesty the Queen of Thailand’s 80th birthday, and an invitation by the local Patong Municipality to

join the “Patong - Stop Global Warming Project” as part of the World Environment Day.

BRYAN LUNT

ABSOLUTE WORLD GROUP CHAIRMAN & CEO

Born in Liverpool, England in 1964, Bryan is the ultimate visionary who has driven the company to

remarkable heights of exponential growth. Bryan started his career in the vacation ownership industry

with extensive senior management experience, a solid understanding of the need to bring on board

globally recognised partners and a gift for seeing potential in new employees.

He has used his talent to drive the company to become Asia’s premier mixed-use resort developer and

vacation ownership provider.

By 2007, Bryan had grown the Absolute Resorts and Hotel management property portfolio to over US

$100m in under two years. The following year, he masterminded the group’s rise to market leader in

the fractional ownership market, personally selecting seven Absolute World Group development projects

exclusively for location and lifestyle investment potential.

Bryan is extremely health conscious and is currently training for the ITU Phuket Triathlon in 2013. He

has introduced unique well-being policies to all global offices, providing staff with access to alternative

therapies and a regular Boot Camp exercise club. Bryan is based in Hong Kong with his family, from

where he continues to drive the group to new heights.

SVETL ANA KOSTROMIT INA

ABSOLUTE WORLD GROUP V ICE PRES IDENT OF RUSSIAN SALES

Russian-born Svetlana Kostromitina is co-founder of the Absolute World Group and sales guru behind the phenomenal expansion

of the company. A design graduate of the Moscow Academy who also has a Masters in sport and a diploma in music, Svetlana

was managing a team of 25 sales professionals to levels of excellence by her mid-20s, generating more than 12.5 million euros

a year.

After joining the Sales and Business Development arm of the Absolute World Group in 1998, she pushed hard to grow the firm

to 27 sales centers globally within ten years. Through her solid leadership she developed the Russian and Thailand sales offices

to levels that are the envy of the industry. Today, Svetlana is focused on the growth of fractional sales as a natural upgrade from

traditional vacation ownership products as well as constantly analyzing clients’ needs and future market trends, with a view to

expanding Absolute Group sales centers strategically worldwide.

Svetlana, based in Phuket, Thailand, is a member of the Anthony Robbins Platinum Partnership and is consistently striving to

accomplish her many personal goals from completing the Chicago Marathon to training to become a licensed helicopter pilot.

ABSOLUTE WORLD GROUP CHIEF OPER AT IONS OFF ICER

Vladimir Sucevan is the dynamic Chief Operations Officer and co-founder of the Absolute World Group. Born in Moldova, Vladimir

is an international entrepreneur who now lives in Spain, where he’s the longest-established Russian businessmen on the coast.

A graduate of Kishinev Pedagogical University, Vladimir began his career in the tourist industry in Tenerife and across Russia.

On arrival in Spain, he partnered friends Bryan and Svetlana to create Europe’s most successful vacation ownership company,

The Absolute World Group.

Vladimir has a strong background in finance and management, and leads and manages a large workforce across Spain,

The Canaries, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Turkey, China and Hong Kong.

Vladimir leads an adventurous lifestyle that has included climbing Mulcahen in Spain and trekking Everest for charity. He is

currently completing the final stages of the Anthony Robbins Platinum Partnership which includes both Business and Leadership

Mastery and also enjoys extreme sports, collecting watches, personal development and reading. He speaks Russian, English,

Spanish and Romanian.
