$ 20 Monthly Licensee Fee (Licensee fees are based upon the GREC roster by House number.)
Monthly invoice generated on the 30th of each month, billed to the qualifying Broker.
$ 20 timely payment credit if the invoice is paid by the 25th of the following month, reducing the office fee to $ 80 month.
