SSCC Outcomes Children will be safe in their placements. Children will be placed in their home

communities. Children will be served in least restrictive

environments that support minimal moves.

Connections to family and others important to the child will be maintained.

Children will be placed with siblings.

Outcomes Continued Services will respect the child’s culture. To be fully prepared for successful

adulthood, children and youth will be provided opportunities, experiences, and activities similar to those experienced by their non-foster care peers.

Children and youth will be provided opportunities to participate in decisions that impact their lives.
