In the 90’s, this tradition spread and a lot of European cities started their own Christmas Market.
It is a family, friends, children’s place where you can shop, eat, drink, attend some shows…
What is a Christmas Market?
Small chalets. Each chalet will be rent by a merchant or an exhibitor who will sell food, mulled wine, art, Christmas decoration and gifts, candies, regional products…

What do we need in a Christmas Market?
Tourism => First and only Christmas Market in New England. Compared to the numbers of other big events, we can expect a lot of visitors. (Average of 40,000 people a night for the Waterfire, and 103,000 visitors for the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular, Roger Williams Park)
