With the Wolf Triple Focus Lithotripsy System in your facility, you will be providing your community the latest technology. Its variable shockwave frequency and multiple power levels allow for efficient treatment of renal & ure-teral calculi, with less pain for your patients. Focal size can be adapted to the composition and density of the stone. A compact focus preserves surrounding tissue, while still fragmenting harder stones. A larger focus is used for higher volume stones, as well as stone fragments. This precisely defined focal zone ensures that only the stone is being targeted for treatment. The wide aperture angle in of the shockwave is realized by the large therapy head surface area, reducing energy density at the skin’s surface and thereby decreasing the patient’s pain sensation.
