Prequalification Process

Prospective companies will be required to prequalify for each Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunity.

The process for becoming prequalified requires the active participation of interest companies.

All project RFP’s are Invitation to Bid Only-the completion of prequalification process does not guarantee participation in any RFP

How do we evaluate potential subcontractors?

• We ask for your Experience Modification Rate (EMR)• Where does this come from?

Your insurance carrier provides the EMR and this is based on your loss experience

We are looking for an EMR of 1 or less, you should be as well
