Proudli penetrates this market to bring consistent

support to Black Owned businesses through

    targeted platforms.

    BLACK BUSINESS AND THE MEDIA

Only 10 Mega corporations actually control most

    products that are advertised

These companies pay billions to advertise brands as

diverse as peanut butter, baby food and clothing.Black companies cannot compete in this space.

Those advertising billions are spent back with

    relationship partners in media.

Only 6 Companies control 90% of media and

    programming..

Black Businesses fail because blacks hardly own

    and control their own media.

    AFRICAN AMERICAN

    ECONIMICS IN REALITY

Though African Americans are buying, the

unemployment rate is the highest amongst anyother group in America as the wealth gap haswidened significantly between blacks, Latinos andwhites. According to Pew Research: Blacks have

    jobs but not wealth.

If more black consumers supported African Businesses, black

business would be able to employ more black employees and

    economically sustain their communities.

    WHY BLACK OWNED BUSINESSESFAIL

Studies show that Black Entrepreneurs are 50% more likely to start businesses but fail at ahigher rate than their white counterparts.

1.7 million firms will still be in existence after four years. Of those firms only 3,200 will havegrown to 100 or more employees. Of those 3,200 firms that exist after 4 years, only 1% of themwill be African-American owned.

Pew research finds that median wealth of white households have held 20% increase over blackhouseholds during the global recession indicating that blacks and their businesses have suffered

the most during the recession. 850 Billion USD are spent by black consumers with 90% being spent with non black businesses

therefore black businesses unable to hire and support their own community.

Poor affordable advertising opportunities compounded by lack of group

economic opportunities contribute significantly to black business failure

In 2007, 1.8 million black-owned businesses had no paid employees.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, there were 1.9 million black-owned businesses in 2007.Of Which Only 106,824 had paid employeesThe number of black-owned businesses with receipts of $1 million or more increased by 35.4 percent to 14,507 between 2002 and 2007.

BLACK BUSINESS GUARANTEE SUCCEESSGlobally, blacks have become more and more sensitive to their consumer spending habits and are slowly waking up tothe reality that they have outspent themselves out of the American dream.

In past years old champions of African Businesses such as Marcus Garvey, Malcolm X, Dr. Claude Anderson and BobLaw have, been joined by new voices such as : The Empowerment Experiment, Tavis Smiley and other black ownedinitiatives by the National Urban League and the Congressional black caucus to relentlessly bring awareness to blackconsumers to their spending habits. These efforts are responsible for the economic rebound of cities such as Detroitand Baltimore

African American women too have been instrumental in this awakeningin the natural hair movement as many realized that they have beensupporting other businesses and families through the habit ofpurchasing hair products, meanwhile their communities lack the supportthat is needed to survive. In this awakening, many black owned natural hair productmanufacturers have answered by developing new products for blackconsumers.Black consumers have become increasingly conscious of their positionas the spenders, meanwhile their communities crumble and are thirstyfor change. Many more would like to purchase black owned goods but are

not able to find businesses that are actually black owned.

Black consumers aresensitive, to theirbuying power and are

    acting proactively!

The time to act andinvest in buying black

    initiatives is now
