Este certificado acredita que los productos fabricados con Kevlar® y Nomex® de DuPont no contienen concentraciones de sustancias perjudi-ciales para la salud y que por tanto han sido optimizados para la ecología humana.

Nomex es la fibra de Dupont de la familia de los metaramidas altamente resistente al calor y a la llama, su temperatura de fusión es aproximadamente 370º C.Su alto nivel de protección está integrado en la propia estructura molecular.

Aplicaciones: ropa de protección con alto riesgo de exposición al calor para bomberos, militares, pilotos, etc...

Nomex is a fibre created by Dupont and it belongs to the metaramid fibres family which have a high level of heat and flame resistance, as its melting temperature is 370º C.Its high level of protection it comes from its molecular structure.

Applications: Work clothing with a high risk of heat exposure as those ones used by firefighters, military forces, pilots, etc.

Kevlar es la fibra de Dupont de la familia de los paramidas extraordinariamente fuerte, ligera, y que ofrece una alta resitencia al corte, al calor y a la llama, su temperatura de fusión es aproximadamente 370º C

Aplicaciones: ropa de protección para trabajos con altas temperaturas, balística, industria del vidrio, automoción, etc...

Cuidados especiales del Kevlar: debe evitarse su exposición a los rayos UV porque lo oscurece aunque no pierde las prestaciones.

Kevlar´s treatment instructions: Avoid exposition to UV rays as they get dark the knit but it does not affect to its benefits.
