However, any and all unusually dirty, noisy, or hot machinery and equipment should be properly enclosed to respect the rights and safety of others. Mechanical safety blocks must be installed on equipment capable of movement where appropriate to avoid injury.

International Trade Fair ProvisionsThe Exposition has been designated by the U.S. Department of Commerce as an International Trade Fair under the provisions of the Trade Fair Act of 1959.Working with the Expositions customs broker, exhibited materials and equipment can be brought into the U.S. duty-free. Booth Specs and Rates• The standard booth

size is 10' x 10' (3.05 m x 3.05 m).

• Minimum: 100 sq. ft. (9.3 m2). Maximum: None.

• US$31.00 per square foot or US$3,100 for a standard 10' x 10' (3.05 m x 3.05 m) booth.

• Booths under 600 sq. ft. will be charged a US$300 premium for corner location.

Booth Limitations• Standard Booths: The maximum height of 8' (2.44 m) is

allowed only on the back wall of the booth. A 4' (1.22 m) height restriction is imposed on all materials in the remaining space.

• Island Booths: May exceed 8' (2.44 m) up to a limit of 12' (3.66 m) in height if they occupy 400 sq. ft. or more.

• Perimeter Booths: May exceed 8' (2.44 m) up to a limit of 12' (3.66 m) in height.

• These limitations do not apply to machinery or equipment as regularly built and used in the steel industry.

• Exceptions to the above rules must be approved by show management.

InstallationInstallation will begin at noon on Friday, 4 May 2018, and must be completed by Sunday, 6 May 2018 at 4 p.m.

RemovalThe removal of all exhibit materials begins Wednesday, 9 May 2018, after the close of the show and must be completed by Thursday, 10 May 2018, at 6 p.m.
