Pros: Animal Testing
Animal testing can lead to medical advances that may not have been discovered otherwise.
Animal testing does not just benefit humans it also benefits other animals as well.
Another reason for animal testing is that other testing methods aren’t advanced enough.
The argument about animal testing.
The argument is that animals need more respect to their life, but we put more value on the human life.
So how are we going to give their lives more respect?
Facts. The advantage’s of animal testing have
and always will out weigh the cost. The reason scientist mainly use animal’s
for testing is that animals are a lot like humans.
Pros. Cont Animal testing also helps to ensure the
safety of drugs and other things humans come in contact with.
Figures. Rats, mice, and other rodents make up
85% of animals being used Birds- 6% Cats, dogs, horses, and primates are
responsible for less than 1% Fish- 8%
Types of animal testing. Animal testing isn't all bad it can just
consist of ringing a bell when it’s time to feed your dog.
He’ll get used to the bell at supper. Then when you ring the bell and don’t
feed him he’ll start slobbering.
Personal choice. Your personal choice is your choice but
give it a thought… On whether or not you would like to be
laying in the hospital with something wrong with you, they have just found a cure for it, and the doctors tell you it was found by using animal testing.
Would you refuse the treatment?
