Timelines

• Timelines are not negotiable!– Our top agents submit early so if corrections are needed

they are still on time. – Weekends and Holidays are not exceptions. If you are

late your score will reflect this.– Any assignment that is requested on Friday is due within

24 hrs.• Please be cautious and don’t pickup more assets than

you can handle! • Communication is Key!

– If you are expecting to be late for any reason please communicate to your local MMREM office so we can help solve the problem.

Inspections

• Please be sure to review all the attached documents for any changes as we are modifying and improving our process flow and documents regularly.

• Please complete the inspections thoroughly and double check before submitting.– If you miss a questions and it has to be rejected it is not

considered to be submitted on time!

Access Issues

• If your key doesn’t work– Make sure that you have tried all doors, as the FSM often

rekeys the side or backdoors.

– Ensure that the key you are using is an original cut from a locksmith as copies often don’t work after a period of time.

Marketing- Be PRO ACTIVE

– MMRs are due every 30 days.

• The form can be found on the Resources tab in Broker Portal.

• Even if there isn’t a request sent- you can still be ahead of the game and submit an updated MMR.

• Please submit registration logs from your monthly broker training sessions in the broker portal- (Training)

– Please upload a copy of your receipt for the just listed cards into the broker portal

Going the Extra Mile

• Be Prepared:– Have copies of all possible keys cut by a locksmith and

bring them with you to the asset with a lockbox.

– If you can not access the asset call the FSM and your local MMREM office immediately.

– Take detailed photos of any differed maintenance or needed repairs.

• Do your research:– Check your local MLS, Tax records etc before leaving to

inspect the asset to mitigate any possible address verification issues upfront.
