    AMENDMENT #1

    Article II Section 6

(Declaration of Principles and State Policies)

The separation of Church and State shall be inviolable.

    Analysis:

The Church and State have their own different beliefs in life. They both believe in

various aspects. But, wouldnt it be better if they would be combined and they were to talk with

each other? It would be a great big thing if they are to understand each others explanation and

beliefs. However, there would be still some disagreements especially in giving births to infants, a

very recognized issue. But then, it would be possible to have joined forces of the Church and

State in declaring varieties of phases in our existence.

I am very sure that if feasible that these two institutions will unite, there would be a

greater chance for unity in our country. Let us remember that it starts from the higher things

    before small things occur.

    Evidence:

What is RH Bill all about?

The Reproductive Health Bills or popularly known as RH Bill, are Philippine Bills

aiming to guarantee universal access to methods and information on birth control and maternal

care. It is a way of helping people to be more advance, well prepared, and to widen up each and

every individuals mind setting about our society now a days. There is this top agreement about

its provisions on maternal and child health care, there is great debate on its proposal that we

taxpayer and the private sector will fund and undertake widespread distribution of family

planning devices such as birth control pills (BCPs) and IUDs, and as government continue

campaigning to broadcast a good information and effect on its use through health care centers

nationwide. Everyone has been talking about this RH Bill, for some agreed and some dont. I

could say that in some part of each individuals. RH Bill may help and it may bring into some

point also that it may trigger to do such thing that will ruin someones life. But as the saying goes

that every lil thing that is too much is not good. So, it depends on how were going to take it and

treat it as long as we are only motivated to do good and focus only to what could bring us healthy

and happy life then I think it will help.

    AMENDMENT #2

    Article III Section 4

    (Bill of Rights)

No law shall be passed abridging the freedom of speech, of expression, or of the press, or the

right of the people peaceably to assemble and petition the government for redress or grievance.

    Analysis:

We are living in a democratic country; we can do what we want. A very famous line

here in the Philippines. This proves that we can do, say or express what we want to because it is

our right. However, others use this as an excuse if ever they articulate things that are against

different things. Freedom of speech is our right, and it must not be avoided.

I want to amend this because some people are using this in a depraved manner. They are

almost uttering words against Christ, other people and especially higher officials. I would say

that it is really our right but we should know how to balance it. We are given the chance to

speak, but let us be aware of several things that may occur after it. Amending this section would

give a delight to those persons being demoralized by the community.

    AMENDMENT #3

    Article III Section 13

    (Bill of Rights)

All persons , except those charged with offenses punishable be reclusion Perpetua when

evidence of guild is strong , shall , before conviction , be bailable by sufficient sureties , or be

released on recognizance as may be provided by law . The right to bail shall not be impaired

even when the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus is suspended. Excessive bail shall not be

    required.

    Analysis:

Death penalty is a not legalized act in our country, for it is opposing the Ten

Commandments. But, for me it must be legalized to let people know that they must be aware of

various crimes they are doing. Most probably, some would say, am I not afraid of contradicting

Gods commandment? I am really afraid of telling this because yes, its an immoral thing. But,

cant we apply this again in our nation? It would just only be like a scarecrow to criminals. If

possible that death penalty would be permissible again, these people doing heinous crimes will

now be afraid for they know that death will come after them. This is really an inhuman exploit

but this is just to decrease the value of criminals in our realm.

    AMENDMENT #4

    Article III Section 17

    (Bill of Rights)

No person shall be compelled to be a witness against himself.

    Analysis:

There are many issues pertaining to being a witness against himself, but this is opposite

to the constitution. But, I want to amend this because of using it in an exclusive manner. Some

people use this whenever they are to speak against themselves to express the truth during

counselling or court trials. There must be a change in this section to improve and to know deeply

the truth that lies behind a person whom doesnt want to state it. It may look compulsive but this

is just to make things clearer in accordance with the law.

    Evidence:

Napoles, pork and other perks: The mother of all scams

JANET Lim-Napoles became a household name because of the controversial

multi0billion peso scam. She established fake non-government organizations under the JLN

Group of Companies to siphon off billions of public funds.

The businesswoman, who is presently detained at the Fort Santo Domingo for the alleged

illegal detention of her personal assistant, whistle-blower Benhur Luy, supposedly connived with

members of Congress to defraud the public using the legislators Priority Development

Assistance Funds (PDAF) of pork barrel.

Several individuals, including Napoles herself, have been charged before the Office of the

Ombudsman in relation to this scam, considered the biggest in 2013. As the public awaits a court

verdict, here are top five Napoles- and pork barrel-related news you need to remember as the yea

    ends.

    AMENDMENT #5

    Article III Section 20

    (Bill of Rights)

No person shall be imprisoned for debt or non-payment of a poll tax.

    Analysis:

It is said to be that no person shall be imprisoned for debt or non-payment of poll tax.

Wherein, I am against this section in the 1987 Philippine Constitution for this is inequitable to

those people who had lend money to others in which they expected to be paid in a precise period

of time. This does not show equality to those persons who just showed virtuous individuality to

others. What if, the money which they let somebody borrow was from their sacrifices and efforts

just to earn money? What if, it was for their sons tuition fee or even their weekly budget? Are

we not aware of those incidents? Arent we visited by our conscience?

It may look like a very simple situation because it is just a doing of not paying

temporarily borrowed moneys. We can say that its just money itself, a much uncomplicated

entity. Is this how we will present our children on how to live in the near future? Are we not

confused of what they may acquire due to what they have seen or observed to their parents? Its a

    very inadequate thing to do.

For this, I am to amend Section 20 of Article III in the Philippine Constitution of 1987. I

may not express all the necessary information to prove or to give a deep explanation on why I am

not in favour of this provision. Yet, all of the ideas included here are true according to my point

    of view.

    Background:

    Options for dealing with debt

This page tells you about the options you may have for dealing with your debts.

Your options will depend on whether you've got any money to pay off your debts.

If you dont think you owe money that you are being asked to pay OR someone you think

you owe money to hasnt been in touch for some time, get some advice from an experienced

money adviser. There are quite a few reasons why you might not be liable for a debt and an

adviser can go over this with you.

If you've got money to pay off your debts

If you've got some money to pay off your debts, you must make sure you deal with any

urgent debts first. Some debts are more urgent than others because the consequences of not

paying them can be more serious. These debts are called priority debts. They include things like

mortgage, rent and council tax debts.

To find out if you have any debts that you need to deal with urgently, see How to sort out

    your debts.

As well as priority debts, you may have other types of debt called non-priority debts.

    Non-priority debts include:

    benefits overpayments

credit debts such as overdrafts, personal loans, hire purchase, credit card accounts and

    catalogues

    student loans

money borrowed from friends or family

parking penalties issued by local authorities

These types of debt are less urgent than priority debts. You can't be sent to prison or have

your home repossessed for not paying them although you can have property you've bought

under a hire purchase agreement taken away. See Hire purchase and conditional sales.

You must still make arrangements to pay off non-priority debts if you have money left

over after paying off any priority debts. If you don't make arrangements to pay off non-priority

debts, your creditors may take you to court to gain more powers to enforce the debt by arresting

your bank account or your wages.

Non-priority debts don't include loans which have been secured against a house or other

property which you own. You can lose this property if you don't pay a loan secured on your

    property.

If you have any money to pay off debts, you will need to work out the best way of doing

this. You have several options, including:

Dealing with creditors you. For more about this, see How to deal with creditors of non-

    priority debts

asking a Debt Management Company to deal with your creditors

putting all your debts into one loan. This is called loan consolidation

applying for the Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS)

    applying for a trust deed.

You should weigh up the advantages and disadvantages of each of these options

carefully. Get as much information as you can before making a decision and dont sign anything

until you are sure it is the best option for you. Dont make a final decision until you have had

advice from a money advice specialist.

Your local Citizens Advice Bureau can help you with advice about your options.

If you've got no money left to pay off your debts

If you've got no money left to pay off your debts and you think your circumstances are

unlikely to get better soon, you will have limited options for dealing with your debts. The options

    you might have are:

asking your creditors to write off your debt

    applying for bankruptcy.

    Evidence:

Man kills neighbour over unpaid debt

CEBU, Philippines - A man killed his neighbour last Friday afternoon in sitio Ihawan in

barangay Mantuyong, Mandaue City for failing to settle his debt.

Killed was Arnel Arnilla, 29. His assailant Kim Judilla, 24, single, had demanded

payment for his debt amounting to P3,000 before shooting Arnilla to death.

PO2 Arthur Cuyos of the Mandaue City Police station 1 said that when Arnilla told

Judilla he couldnt pay yet what he owed him, Judilla pulled out a .45 caliber pistol and shot

    Arnilla many times.

Judilla fled after the shooting. Arnilla sustained gunshot wounds on the abdomen and on

    both shoulders.

    AMENDMENT #6

    Article III Section 21

    (Bill of Rights)

No person shall be twice put in jeopardy of punishment for the same offense. If an act is

punished by a law and an ordinance, conviction or acquittal under either shall constitute

a bar to another prosecution for the same act.

    Analysis:

To be put in difficulty of sentence for the reason of crime is a law under the Constitution

of the Philippines. It is the right of the jury to set the suspect in jail because of an immoral

misdemeanour. Same as with the victim himself, for he had experienced a much dissipated

    crime.

Article III Section 21 states that no person must be twice put in jeopardy of punishment

for the same offense. And, I am to amend this sector in the constitution. Why? It is because of

not having a balanced treatment of the suspect and the victim Why did I say this so? What if, a

killer had killed at least three persons in a certain scenario just because he wanted to obtain

money? The suspect was put in bail for three years and he was convicted from jail for he paid a

certain amount. For the second time around, he had also killed, now there were five people who

were shot down in a hostage taking situation in a well-known bank just because again of the

money there. Would he not be put in jail again if he had done the same offense and had killed

people? Where is justice for the killed persons there now? This is why I would like to amend

    this section.

    Background:

This means that when someone committed a crime and had been imprisoned or punished

from it, he will no longer be subjected to imprisonment if ever he does it again. For instance, if

the person killed someone and had been able to pay his offense through imprisonment for years,

and he tries to do it again, he will not be brought to jail anymore. The court will never tolerate

any redundant issues such as double jeopardy especially if the issue has been paid for and done

with. Possible actions like reopening of the case may be issued but suing someone for the same

    offense will not be accepted.

    AMENDMENT #7

    Article IV Section 5

    (Citizenship)

Dual allegiance of citizens is inimical to the national interest and shall be dealt with by the law.

    Analysis:

Marrying a foreigner is not being prohibited in our country. But, once youve married a

foreigner it would be a long process act regarding your citizenship. So, Section 5 of Article IV

talks about dual adherence are unfavourable to the national interest and shall be dealt with by the

law. I want to amend this because why are we going to oppose someones choice to have a dual

loyalty just because it is contrary to the national interest? Are we not confused of our co-nations

feeling if probably he would like to be committed to in the country where his partner lives? I

would say that it is very unjust to that couple to hinder their choice. This may seem very useless

for it is included in the constitution but I am just thinking of their feelings and their rights, too.

    AMENDMENT #8

    Article VI Section 3

    (Legislative Department)

No person shall be a Senator unless he is a natural-born citizen of the Philippines, and, on the

day of the election, is at least thirty-five years of age, able to read and write, a registered voter,

and a resident of the Philippines for not less than two years immediately preceding the day of

    the election.

    Analysis:

I am against this section in Article VI for I believe that a Senator must have finished a

course related to his job. I want to amend this because I am looking not only for an educational

attainment, but for a finished course possibly related to his job as a Senator. I know that each and

every one of us are aware of the economic problem in our state, for me the higher educational

skill of an official may offer a greater help in increasing our countrys status. Like just what Ive

discussed earlier about amending the same situation regarding the president, vice-president and

House of Representatives, the senator must also have his master or doctor degree, if feasible a

degree closely related to law. For we all understand that almost all of the senators profession is

all about law. If probable that this can be amended, there may be a great opportunity for our

    realm to attain success.

    AMENDMENT #9

    Article VI Section 6

    (Legislative Department)

No person shall be a Member of the House of Representatives unless he is a natural-born citizen

of the Philippines and, on the day of the election, is at least twenty-five years of age, able to read

and write, and, except the party list representatives, a registered voter in the district in which he

shall be elected, and a resident thereof for a period of not less than one year immediately

    preceding the day of election.

    Analysis:

Same as with the explanation above regarding the qualifications of government officials,

still I am to amend this due to the phrase able to read and write. As explained earlier, I want

the officials to have an at least college degree or hopefully a master or doctor degree. This is to

satisfy the people that those whom they voted were appropriate to their designated positions.

This can also be a great aid in helping our country to easily acquire success. Those in higher

positions should be the inspiration of the new generation for them to hope for the triumph of this

nation. The job of the House of Representatives is a very tough one. That is why, those people

entering this certain situation must have a deep and broad knowledge about what they are to do.

    AMENDMENT #10

    Article VII Section 2

    (Executive Department)

No person may be elected President unless he is a natural-born citizen of the Philippines, a

registered voter, able to read and write, at least forty years of age on the day of the election, and

a resident of the Philippines for at least ten years immediately preceding such election.

    Analysis:

A president represents the whole country. Hes the one who decides and leads the place

in a certain period of his service and guides each and everyone in his country. So, why do I want

to amend this constitution? Simply because, the person involved here is the superior of our

country, the president. Im not in favor on one of the requirements to become a president. That

requirement I am pertaining to is the ability to read and write. How can I consider the ability to

read and write if Im not sure of what he can do for the nation? What if he doesnt even have

any knowledge on how to work with different people and to cope up with various problems in

the society? I know that it is possible not to elect a person as a president if in the first place we

dont know him. But then, I would suggest that the Constitution be amended in accordance with

this matter. I would like to change it to must have taken a master or doctor degree in any

course for him to be more appropriate in the said position. Another thing is, the President must

have any knowledge about what he is to do.

    AMENDMENT #11

    Article VII Section 3

    (Executive Department)

There shall be a Vice-President who shall have the same qualifications and term of office and be

elected with and in the same manner as the President. He may be removed from office in the

    same manner as the President.

    Analysis:

A Vice-President is to the President. The job of the Vice-President is to be of assistance

to the President and also the substitute for the President if ever something happened. He is the

one responsible of other necessary things regarding unlike issues in our state. So, same as with

the President he must also be able to finish taking up his master or doctor degree for him to be

elected as a Vice-President of this realm. This is not only to have a said title but also to show

other countries that Filipino public officials are well-engaged to their careers. With this, the

community would have their assurances to the persons they elected that they will give their best

effort and be able to prove their abilities and skills. Also, we can make sure that our country will

have a more chance to succeed or to achieve bigger goals.

    AMENDMENT #12

    Article XII Section 10

    (National Economy and Patrimony)

The Congress shall, upon recommendation of the economic and planning agency, when the

national interest dictates, reserve to citizens of the Philippines or to corporations or associations

at least sixty per centum of whose capital is owned by such citizens, or such higher percentage as

Congress may prescribe, certain areas of investments. The Congress shall enact measures that

will encourage the formation and operation of enterprises whose capital is wholly owned by

    Filipinos.

    Analysis:

60/40 is a very unfair percentage for the part of the foreign investors. Why? As we can

see there is now a less chance for the foreigners to invest here in the Philippines. This is because

of the unbalanced dividing of the investments that leads to a not improving status of our

economy. Foreign investors think that they would not get an enough part from their investment

that is why no more foreigners are investing in our country. So, the point why I want to amend

this is because I want a balanced distribution or even a greater amount distributed o the foreign

investors for them to be engaged tom invest in the Philippines.

    Evidence:

Govt may relax 60-40 rule to attract foreign investors

    July 21, 2011 9:29pm

The government is mulling over a legislative amendment that will allow foreign

companies to fully own investments in major restricted industries, though for a limited period,

Trade Undersecretary Cristino Panlilio said Thursday.

Panlilio was referring to proposed measures to relax the Constitution's "60-40" rule that limits

foreign ownership of companies in the Philippines to 40 percent.

Thats what we are reviewing [to see] how we can have a legislative amendment through the

[Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council] or an executive order," Panlilio said,

noting the possibility of allowing full foreign ownership for operating infrastructure projects

since it will not be permanent.

Foreign capital limits under the 1987 Constitution are among the reservations investors

have about the public-private partnership (PPP) projects the Aquino administration has been

offering, according to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

The DTI official said it might be possible to allow full foreign ownership for firms that will

operate infrastructure projects because these will not be permanent.

achieve a 22-percent investment ratio by 2016 by attracting more foreign investors to the

    Philippines.

In lieu of allowing higher foreign capital in strategic industries, the government has been

offering packages of incentives through the Investment Priorities Plan (IPP) approved by the

Board of Investments, an agency under the DTI.

The IPP for 2011, which takes effect next week, has 13 preferred sectors which include

energy, infrastructure, PPP projects, and shipbuilding.

holiday and duty-free importation of capital equipment, among others. The General Policies and

Specific Guidelines for the IPP will be published next July 27 and will be in place by the same

    date.

The BOI said the tax holidays are not just for big-ticket projects under the 2011 IPP but

will also include incentives for the micro, small and medium enterprises.

However, in the latest batch of BOI-approved projects, foreign investors pledged to

invest only P11 billion compared to the record P193 billion Filipino investors have committed.

The Netherlands topped the list of country investors with P4.5 billion, followed by Japan (P1.2

billion) and the United States (P734 million). BC/PE/ELR/VS, GMA News

    AMENDMENT #13

    Article XII - Section 14

    (National Economy and Patrimony)

The sustained development of a reservoir of national talents consisting of Filipino scientists,

entrepreneurs, professionals, managers, high-level technical manpower and skilled workers and

craftsmen in all fields shall be promoted by the State. The State shall encourage appropriate

technology and regulate its transfer for the national benefit.

The practice of all professions in the Philippines shall be limited to Filipino citizens, save in case

    prescribed by the law.

    Analysis:

This section says that the state shall promote sustained development of a reservoir of

national talents. I want to amend this because I dont want the term promoted only, but rather

be promoted, introduced, known and supported. Why? This is because some of our talented

co-Filipinos are not introduced to the public. They were just included in news but some of the

Filipinos ignore them. If probably, this talented man was put down because of the non-

supporting community. Would he still believe that his country will be proud of him> Perhaps, if

this person had won he would be introduced and awarded. Yet, support and awards must not be

only after a certain competition but also before his battle. With this, the person can gain strength

due to the over-whelming love and support of his nation.

Michael Martinez Mother Mortgaged Their House to Support Son in Sochi

by ED UMBAO on FEBRUARY 10, 2014

The mother of Michael Christian Martinez, the lone Philippine representative to the 2014

Sochi Winter Olympics revealed to the media that they got no support from the Philippine

government which is contrary to the report posted by PhilStar.

According to the mother of Michael Martinez, the athlete got no support from the

Philippine government as reported by CatholicRegister.org last January 2014, quoting the mother

of the figure skater that their sponsor is a private corporation and not the Philippine government.

The controversial issue came to the limelight after a Facebook post from a certain Pablo

Hernandez went viral on Facebook on February 10, 2014. Aside from the post on Facebook, the

post is also shared in various social networking sites.

Michael Christian Martinez is the lone representative of the 2014 Winter Olympics

currently held in Sochi, Russia attended by more 88 countries and territories from various parts

    of the world.

    AMENDMENT #14

    Article XIII Section 14

    (Social Justice and Human Rights)

The state shall protect working women by providing safe and healthful working conditions,

taking into account their maternal functions, and such facilities and opportunities that will

enhance their welfare and enable them to realize their full potential in the service of the nation.

    Analysis:

This section states that women must have protection. But I am most likely to amend this

because I feel that it is becoming unfair to men. Though we can be sure of that men can control

or take good care of them, it is still inequitable to gentlemen because as we can see there are a lot

of cases that men are being hurt or demoralized by their wives. I am also a woman, I am not that

capable of taking care of myself with assurance, yet I can manage my skills on how to do things

that would lead me to safeness. Men, these are the type of people whom we all know are strong

and are capable of doing things that women cant but for some time women can. I would like to

amend this for the reason that I have observed that women are mishandling their rights. Because

of this, other men are now being mistreated by women in which is becoming the opposite

situation of some cases before involving throbbing of women. I just want an equality between the

    rights of men and women.

Depressed wife's carnal rampage: Kills husband, stabs baby son, wounds 3 other kids

Filipina Arlene Galan, 33, reportedly been depressed since giving birth to Johnny Jr

    By: Correspondent

    Published Tuesday, June 11, 2013

A mother, allegedly suffering from depression after childbirth, has killed her husband and

severed his penis, stabbed to death her one-year-old son and seriously wounded her three other

children in the central Philippine province of Negros Occidental.

Arlene Galan, 33, hit her 50-year-old husband Johnny with an iron bar until he fell unconscious

before cutting off his sex organ when she went berserk at 6.30am on Saturday June 8, inside their

home in Barangay Bacuyangan, Hinobaan town, some 199 km south of the provincial capital

    Bacolod City.

Radio reports said Galan then turned to her three young children, who were sleeping side

by side, and stabbed her one-year-old twins, Jay Mar and Jay Mark, and Johnny Jr, who was

born four months ago, using a pair of scissors.

She also attacked 11-year-old Jevon John, her eldest son who just came back from a

neighbourhood store to buy milk on his fathers request, by hitting his head thrice with an iron

bar. But he managed to escape and asked for help from an uncle, who reported the gruesome

    incident to the police.

Carla Gomez of the Philippine Daily Inquirer reported from Bacolod City that the

victims family seemed more interested in sending Galan, who has been detained at a police

station in Hinobaan, to a mental facility in Dumaguete City, capital of the neighbouring province

Negros Oriental, instead of filing charges against her.

Quoting Police Officer 3 Eddie Napolis, Gomez said the family wanted to prevent Galan from

hurting others, as she has reportedly been suffering from postpartum psychosis after giving birth

    to Johnny Jr.

Napolis said his team brought Jay Mar and his father to the Eleuterio Decena District

Hospital in Hinobaan, where they died during treatment. He added that Jevon John, Johnny Jr

and Jay Mark survived with multiple stab wounds and were being treated in hospital.

The police had recovered the scissors and iron bar used by Galan to attack her family,

and released information about the incident on Sunday June 9.

    AMENDMENT #15

    Article XV Section 2

    (The Family)

Marriage, as an inviolable social institution, is the foundation of the family and shall be

    protected by the State.

    Analysis:

This section states that there must be no thing that can end marriage. Yet, I am against

this. Why? Simply because there are certain situations that husbands and wives are not in their

good cases these days. Some of them are having misconceptions and misunderstanding that

would lead them to fight. Due to this, some arent being solved. For years, parents are now

deciding for them to be separated. But, because of this section, it is being inapplicable.

I want to amend this because I was wondering of those couples married who really want

to be separated because of some personal problems. What if they really want to be part from each

other? Are we still going to be numb? What if, one day they cannot take the problem anymore

and they commit suicide? Are we going to wait for someone to kill himself before we make an

action to this? These are just my opinion regarding this topic.ili

    Evidence:

    Good Divorce?

I have laid out some arguments on why I think divorce is not an option at this point so

now I am here to point out the good effects of divorce. As we all know, the Philippines is one of

the few countries who has not passed the divorce bill and we can clearly see that our catholic

orientation has been a dominant factor. In my previous arguments, I have stated that divorce is a

way for couples to take marriage for granted. Given this, Filipino Catholics (especially the

devout ones) tend to oppose the divorce bill. Marriage is not something that should be taken for

granted and I truly believe that any problem between the married couple could be solved given

the right opportunity. But what if the problem is beyond the couples ability to compromise? Do

they still have to force things and make it work even though they have no possible solution to

    their problems?

Of course annulment is always a choice that every couple can make in order to achieve

legal separation but is annulment enough for the growing amount of separation cases in the

country? Here is why I think divorce should be implemented in the Philippines. First and

foremost, divorce unlike annulment is an easier way to end thing between the couple. You might

think that divorce can jeopardize the sacredness of marriage but I think the same can also be true

with annulment. My second point is, Divorce is so much faster than annulment. In annulment, a

lot of investigation must happen in order for the separation to materialize but in divorce, the

consent of the couple is enough. Annulment is more costly than divorce since it takes a long time

to process than divorce. Given this, we can clearly see that divorce is a timely option for the

Filipino people because majority of the population are suffering from poverty.

A broken family is a bad situation for any child or parent but a whole family that is trying

to pretend that everything is okay is even worse. I am not saying that a divorce is necessary for

every broken marriage; all I am trying to say is if saving the marriage is not already an option

then maybe the best way to end things is through the easiest way. I am a devout catholic and I

still think that we must preserve the sanctity of marriage but if things are not working out for

everyone then I guess that it is time to face reality and make things easier for everyone. I also

know that the easy way out is not always the best way but in situations that involve the welfare

of everyone in the family, I think the easy and the fast way should always be prioritized.

At this point, I am still not pro divorce bill but this article made me see the good things

we can get from the bill. Of course, the negative effects still outweigh the good ones but I am

confident that in time we will all reap the good benefits of the divorce bill.
