aboutIncreasing the capacity of national human

resource and science and technology to be one of the 3 (three) main implementation strategy of

Masterplan Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI) 2011-2015. This is because

in the era of knowledge-based economy, economic growth machine depends on capitalization of invention

become an innovation product, so, for the sustainability of that it relies heavily on the ability of nation to increase

innovation based on capitalization of technological research product.

This have been prepared to face ASEAN Community 2015. If AEC materialized at 2015, it certainly will open great job opportunities for ASEAN citizens. Young Engginers and Scientist Summit (YES) 2013 is a solution that offered by ITS to solve this problem in Indonesia, which will be held in three consecutive days in May 2013 on the campus of ITS Surabaya. In this event, the young enginers are invited to create innovative creation that can solve local problems or to develop local potential of a region.

Young Engineers and Scientist Summit 2013 is an eventthat can facilitate the ability of science and engineering students

in solving the problems of Indonesia.This event was held the first time in Indonesia

by the Student Executive Board (BEM)Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya.

Energy Energy is one of Indonesia's key issues which needs the solution as soon as possible.

Urban Living, Community and Environment are the key issues that can be solved by all of discipline acknowledges in the circle of technology

The world today is surrounded by IT and Digital services. Digitization has become one of Indonesia's big dream for decades to come.

Do the Presentation in front of :-Bureaucracy from each students (Rector)-Presidium council of Student Executive

Board or Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM's President) from each

students - Government of Surabaya and

Government of East Java Province-Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia (PII)

The solution ideas from the students will be acoounted and recommended to the relevant parties
