    1. Ethics As people are being interviewing for focus groups, and ethics application will be necessary. Not necessary for statistical

    data, built-form, nor personal observation. Participants will sign a release form.

    2.Issues 1. Manual statistical geo-coding with Montreal data

    2. Will not be able to provide full detail of change in Vancouver neighbourhoods due to the small lapse of time betweenresearch time and the end of the Games.
