HOW IT WORKS
During central day hours, PV system provides more energy
than used by bus shelters.
- The energy storage system will be charged
- The surplus of energy could be fed into the electric grid
During the beginning and the end of the
day, PV system is not able to provide
energy to bus shelters. In these periods:
- The energy storage system will supply
the necessary energy for the bus
shelters or
- The necessary energy will be taken by
the electric grid
PV system daily production
Energy Consumption of the bus shelters with GHP system

The following services are not included in the above mentioned proposal: grounding tests, any specialized reports
(geological report, geotechnical report), management of potential administrative practices (if any), preparation
of the documentation for authorization requests (if any), any duty necessary for authorization requests, anything
not expressly included in the above mentioned services.
M&P DESIGN SERVICES
• On-site visit to verify the status of the locations and carry out a site survey on
a minimum number of 10 bus shelters
• Electric system design (PV plant)
• HVAC system design (Geothermal heat pump)
• Detailed Structural design (Bus shelters upgrade)
The following services are not included in the above mentioned proposal: grounding tests, any specialized reports
(geological report, geotechnical report), management of potential administrative practices (if any), preparation
of the documentation for authorization requests (if any), any duty necessary for authorization requests, anything
not expressly included in the above mentioned services.
GEOTHERMAL HEAT PUMP
Supply and installation of geothermal heat pump, composed essentially by:
• geothermal heat pump model AERMEC WRL 051HA* or equivalent,
nominal cooling capacity 13,6 kW (46.000 BTU/h) @ B30/W7, including
accessories for the secondary circuit (boiler buffer tank, valves, sensors,
recirculation pumps, plate heat exchangers, and supports flexible
connections, filters, remote control system and management);
• geothermal field, including drilling, supply and installation of heat
exchangers into the ground, cementing of boreholes with specific material
for geothermal applications, installation of primary fluid distribution
(recirculation pumps, manifolds, pipe fittings, valves, control sensors ),
filling fluids, pressure and circulation tests for each geothermal probe.
*Technical data to be confirmed after a detailed feasibility study.
GEOTHERMAL HEAT PUMP
Supply and installation of air handling unit with structure in galvanized steel
model AERMEC TUN 15* or equivalent. Units equipped with double inlet
centrifugal fans. Multi-speed electric motor. Battery 6 ranks. Nominal air flow
1500 m³/h (880 CFM). Synthetic filters (thickness 50 mm) with G4 efficiency
class (according to EN 779) for lower intake.
*Technical data to be confirmed after a detailed feasibility study.
Supply and installation of ducts for air distribution in rectangular or circular
section made of galvanized steel with flange joints, including special parts,
seals, fasteners and thermal insulation.
GEOTHERMAL HEAT PUMP
Removal of existing equipment. To be calculated separately transport to landfill
with their charges.
Transportation and equipment rental included. Excluded coordination with
local authorities.
Supply and installation of linear air diffusers in aluminum, slit pattern type,
model Sagicofim LD 613-1000* or equivalent, comprehensive of deflector,
damper and distribution plenum.
*Technical data to be confirmed after a detailed feasibility study.
