Seeking your consideration is the primary purpose of this letter. It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that the budding engineers of M.I.T.S Gwalior, the renowned and more than 60 year old government aided autonomous engineering college, are going to manufacture a BAJA (ATV) vehicle and will be participating in the BAJA SAE (NATIONAL EVENT), which will be held in Indore. The team is being guided by Dr. M.K.Gaur, is an associate professor of mechanical department and one of the most proficient faculty of college.The manufacturing phase of the vehicle in started process, and hence we are in an urgent need of finance. As you know, there are many challenges to be faced while completing a project and one of them is financial assistance. We are working harder for what we have to achieve and we are sure enough that the person who will help us out and fund our dream, will not regret so. We want you as our radio partners because you target the youth of the city which is our concern right now.

We hereby, request to please provide us your help and guidance, so that we can make MITS as well as Gwalior proud and win the championship too.

ABOUT US :-

SAE is SOCIETY OF AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING which conducts events on national level to promote young mechanical engineers. SAE is conducting an event BAJA which aims to design an ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) that can cover all kinds of terrain .The virtual round of BAJA was held in Chandigarh on 10-11 July and dynamic event will take place in month of February .We are a team of 25 young mechanical engineers representing our college M.I.T.S as well as our city Gwalior on national level. We got selected in the first round with a good response, now we have to start with the manufacturing phase. All we need is your assistance in our project as our radio partners.
