● Each Property List Item consists of an image, location of a property and its description.

● It allows a user to view NEWS about Nashik City which is updated dynamically in a list form.

● A user can Click on a particular News or a Property and view its detail information and can Zoom-In and Zoom-Out the Images.

● The App allows a user to navigate a Property’s Site by using a GPS Location Tracking using Google Maps and it calculates a Distance between User’s current Latitude-Longitude position and Property’s Latitude-Longitude position.

● A user is able to enquiry a property, by making a Voice-Call or Email.

● User can view Property in More Details. A Slider-Effect is provided to a Project Gallery so that a user can Swipe the images.

● This app uses Social Media Integration which allows a user to Share a Link of a Property via social media platforms like Facebook, Gmail, Google+, Whatsapp etc.

● A user can Share this app with others using Bluetooth service and social media platforms.

●To make this App dynamic, there was a need of Content Management System for managing and editing the data required for an App.

● For managing the App’s data, a client can perform operations like Insert,Delete,Update and Modify customer record on a database using a Portal.

● A portal is actually a weblink which requires Login and registration of an Authenticated person.

● A new user account can be created by allowing a new user to fill a registration form.

● This portal allows an admin to update the details of Ongoing and Upcoming Projects and Project Features of Samraat Group.Beside this, it also allows to update NEWS about Nashik and Samraat Group.

● The Portal also allows to update the project information, by filling a form. This form allows user to attach the Images of the properties and allows him to add an Executive Contact.
