Property Management SystemInstallation and Administration Guide
PMS (Phone Management System) Components
The following components need to be installed:
• DialLogic
• HASP
• InnLine IP
• Tiger TMS
Install DialLogic
Open the DialLogic folder and run setup.exe
Select “Core Runtime Package”

Restart your computer once the installation in completed

• Open “HMP License Manager” from the Start menu
• Click on “Browse” and browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Dialogic\HMP\data
• Select the license file

• Open “Configuration Manager -DCM” from the Start menu
• From the “Device” menu select “Restore defaults”
• From the “System” menu select “Start system”

• Click on “Add” to add data collection node
• For PABX Type select “Asterisk – MySQL”

• Select “IP Connection”
• Select “Client” and enter the IP Address and Port Number (5060) for the ScopServ PBX

Click on “Close” once the node has been configured

Click on “Browse” and open “International-PTT_(Standard)”

Select country and click on “OK”

iCharge Web Client Administration
A Username and Password is required to login to iCharge. User logins will be controlled and administered by the IT team at the hotel.
Certain access rights and privileges, background themes and language support can be assigned to unique logins.
Please provide your specific user details or use the default credentials:
• Username: Admin
• Password: Tiger
Login Procedure
The primary menu displays 3 key areas of iCharge functionality:Front Office:
• Check-In• Check-Out• Room Management• Guest Directory• Charge Enquiry• Wakeup Management
Back Office:• Standard Reports• Advanced Reports

Primary Panel
Front Office:
• Check-In / Check-Out: In case of PMS Failure, this function can be used to control the Bedroom Extensions and still allow Guests to use the Voice facilities
• Room Management enables the User to manage the Guest extension profile once checked in
• Guest Directory provides a named list of all Guests checked in to the PMS
• Charge Enquiry enables the User to calculate the cost of a call and advise the Guest prior to the call being made
• Wake-up Management enables the User to monitor and manage Wakeup calls and Wakeup reports

Standard Reports Include: Account Detail, Admin Usage, Ancillary Charges, Carrier Cost, Guest Info, End of Day, Room Listing, Room Availability, Wake-Up, EZ Reports, Charge Enquiry

Advanced Reports Include: Departmental Cost, Departmental Usage, Unknown Extension, Zero Usage, Dialled Number, Extension Use, CLI Numbers, Geographical Locations, Department Incoming, Department Call Volume, Target Response Analysis, Operator Loading, Departmental Response, Extension Ring Time Analysis, First Point of Answer, Extension / Dept. Answer Performance, Trunk Summary, Response Time, Trunk Utilization, Call Detail
Advanced Reports Navigation Panel
System Status Include:
Health monitoring features which identify interfaces that are not active or have failed due to network connectivity issues.
Alerts can be triggered to Email, Printer or Visually on-screen.

The following needs to be configured
Create a new MySQL user and assign it full permissions for the scopserv database
Create MySQL User
Create a new class of service to be used on the extensions that will be managed by TigerTMS.
Configure Class of Service
Create the extensions that will be managed with TigerTMS. Ensure the correct Class of Service is applied to the new extensions.
Configure Extensions
Browse to “C:\tig2020” and open “TigerAsteriskTrayIcon.exe”
Configure Tiger Asterisk Interface
Enter the following:
• Host Address (ScopServ PBX IP)
• MySQL username and password
• DB Name (scopserv)
• Table Name (cdr)
Configure Tiger Asterisk Interface
Starting TigerTMS
• Data Collection Service
• Tiger TMS Interfaces
• InnLine IP Application
• TigerTMS WebGUI
The following needs to be started
• Open the “Start Data Collection” shortcut that was created during the installation
• Ensure that both the “Collection” and “Node” services are started

• Open the “Start Interfaces” shortcut that was created during the installation
• Ensure that both the “Event Handler” and “GC Asterisk” services are started
Start TigerTMS Interfaces
Open the “Start InnLine IP” shortcut that was created during the installation
Start InnLine IP
• Open the “iCharge” shortcut that was created during the installation
• Log into Tiger TMS (Default Username – admin, Default Password – tiger)
Start TigerTMS WebGUI
• Select “Front Office”, then “Room Management”
• Click on the dropdown next to “Room” to ensure TigerTMS is pulling data from the ScopServ PBX
