Discuss the right of A.15. A and B entered into a part-performance agreement which was not registered. B the transferor failed to give possession of the property to A and also disputes the validity of the Deed as it was unregistered-Advise A on his rights arising out the transaction.

16. A delivered a fixed deposits receipt worth Rs.10 lakhs to a Banker across the counter and obtained a loan. Later, A died leaving his widow who is also the nominee for the value of the fixed deposit. Discuss the rights of the widow against the Banker.
