PROP NOTES

We used a number of props to create a realistic setting for our

production as we found it essential for our production to relate

to our target audience.

Mobile : Being one of the main props in our film as it was the

tool of communication between the Bobby and Lara.

Television: Used for the enjoyment of our protagonist as he

watched in boredom. This is another prop which can be seen in

a typical home in today’s society. This adds to our goal of

creating a realistic setting.

Table: We used the table as a prop to make the room look

more like a living room.

Sofa: This is one of the main prop creating a realistic setting

for our living room. This is also the prop which has Bobby

sleeping on it emphasising the stereotypical view of men being

lazy

The Kitchen contains various essential props as we felt it was

important for every part of the house to be realistic..

Saucepans: This is the prop our protagonist uses to cook his

meal that he eventually over cooks.

Kitchen Knife: Prop used for when our protagonist struggles

to cut an onion.

Fridge: A key in the heart of todays kitchens, to create a

realistic kitchen it was essential we contained the things

which we will see in todays kitchens. The fridge is also the

cause for our protagonist overcooking his food.

Chopping board: Used when Bobby cuts the onion.

Trimmer: Used for comical purposes when we see Bobby’s

intentions which is shown when Bobby trims down below.

Glasses: Placed upon the table for the date.

Flowers: Which connotes that the date is for someone

special
