1. Vice Chairperson Jim Colgan called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM. Presentwere Gary Monto, Pete Contardo, Virgil Bowles, Jaques Legrande, Pete Lecroixand Secretary Jim Webb.

2. The Proposed Promotion Procedures for High Dan Ranks was distributed forreview.

3. The following recommendations were reviewed with the action taken annotatedbelow:
