CENTRAL VILLAGE532 APARTMENTSLocated in the Brisbane CBD, Central Village is one of the most centrally located projects in Fortitude Valley.Built by PBS Building for Metro Properties, Central Village is set on 12,854 sqm located on the corner of Brunswick & water Street in Fortitude Valley & comprising of 6 towers creating approximately 1000 apartments plus retail and commercial buildings being constructed over a 5 year period. The Existing heritage buildings on the site will be incorporated into the project and utilized as common facilities for all residents, more than 50% of the site will also be devoted to green community space.

Stage 1 – Cambridge Towers is an 18 level tower consisting of 163 one and two bedrooms apartments, 148m2 of retail space, communal pool, and 105 parking spaces spread over the basement and 3 podium levels. Upper level apartments will also offer views over the CBD, the RNA and beyond.

Stage 2 – Oxford Tower is an 18 level tower sharing a common basement with Stage 1 and will consist of 160 studio, one and two bedroom apartments with 43m2 of ground level retail space, communal pool and 101 basement carparks.

Stage 3 – Canterbury Tower is a 23 level tower consisting of 209 studio, one and two bedroom apartments with 1 level of basement car parking & communal beach pool for residences. Häfele was again selected as a partner for the Kitchen appliances having previously been selected for the Madison Heights project in 2013.

Madison Heights, located in Bowen Hills, was built by PBS Building in 2013 as a Design and Construct contract for Metro Properties and is a 318 luxurious unit residential development towering a total of 32 floors including 2 levels of basement. An iconic tower offering city and river views from higher levels this project is a landmark in Bowen Hills. Häfele’s range of Stainless steel appliances were approved as the ideal choice for this statement building.
