Hypothesis
Bivariate
The amount of TV time has an effect on someone opinion about smoking marijuana.
With this statement or hypothesis it can either make more people try to smoke marijuana justbecause they never tried it, or keep away from because of what it can do to your body. The TV
time they spend on showing or talking about marijuana can be good or bad. It is really up to the
person decision on what they want to do. Say no to drugs or say yes to drugs.
Multivariate
How much TV time has an effect on the political and democrat party opinion about
smoking marijuana? With the political and democrat party being involve in their opinion about
marijuana, they either going to discuss the bad more than the good. The bad will be, using it forto get high, selling it to make money, growing around towns, and traveling, shipping or flying
around from state to state. The good will be only for the people who are really in desperate need
and the doctor diagnosis’s them with it. They will also talk about how people can and will get
addicted to this drug and become a totally different person.

Rationale
What I think about the bivariate hypothesis is that it can have some right and wrong. I
mean when you are watching TV and this commercial comes on about marijuana it is not gone
be a good commercial. This commercial is gone talk about all the bad things it can to get you not
to use marijuana and to think about your life. The time a person spend smoking marijuana they
can be doing something positive with that time. Some people can change their life around but it
has to come from within.
The multivariate hypothesis has a little more to it then the bivariate hypothesis. This hypothesis
is more dealing with the higher power perspective of the situation. I think that the political and
democrat party can change people judgment on a lot of things including marijuana. They can
make people scared of using it all together if they wanted to, just my opinion. With all this being
said who knows if the political and democrat party is or isn’t using marijuana themselves. I guessit’s a question that can go unanswered because I don’t think they will put that on the air if they
caught one of them using marijuana. Like I said it’s just my opinion.

Discussion
In this document you will see that I provided information about the TV hours, partyid,
and marijuana. These variables that I discussed or have shown will follow up everything that it is
to know about marijuana, TV time and partyid. With these variables I provided the whole
numbers and percentage of certain discussions. They are really on, should marijuana be legal or
not, and it will show you which will outweigh the other.
Who is to say that just because people look at the commercials that they will not try to
smoke marijuana? Who is to say that it will change some people mind, which is already been or
already started smoking stop. The only way that is possible is to make your own study and see
the results. The amount of TV time has an effect on someone opinion about smoking marijuana
is my hypothesis for my bivariate graph. It can only be a hypothesis because we don’t really
know the answer. How much TV time has an effect on the political and democrat party opinion
about smoking marijuana is my hypothesis for my multivariate graph. This one is more
structured because it has some kind of backbone to it because it is talking about the political and
democrat opinions on the situation.
With all this being said who is to say that I am right or wrong, and who is to say that I am
wrong or right. Nobody can say because it is an educated guess and it is no wrong or right
answer. The control variable is what makes the argument more exciting and bring more spice to
look at it in different perspectives. The tables are here to guide you through to see the results that
people think about marijuana, If it should be legal or not.
