Project Tracking Template:Introduction

This is a tracking sheet of any Ongoing Project which will have a track of each and every stage of the Project Purchasing Phase. This will practically help the MBES Team to support the MBA Project-Buy Team in real

time. Both Teams will have a status track of various phases of any project and this will even help the MBES Buyer to recognize its own task and perform, without any instruction or additional request.

In simple words….

This tracker will help in integrity of the both teams and the work more easier

The Project Tracking Sheet will have the both Team updated as per Scheduled Timelines of all specific tasks

So, it will save the time of ‘Request and Execution’ between MBA and MBES

Responsible Buyer (MBA/MBES) will update the status in the tracking Sheet

As per the update above, the next step will be planned or executed by the MBA/MBES buyer

Some basic Questions:

Why do we actually need this Project Tracking Sheet?

What will be the Input required to be provided by the MBA Project Buy Team?

Project Tracking Sheet is to create more integrity among the both Teams so that they can understand each-other’s tasks and to support in practicality. This will even help saving time between Request and Execution.

All they need is to provide the folder destination path to the MBES buyer and have to mark the status in the Scheduled Timelines (Rest will be filled by the MBES Buyer).
