As a large corporation with roughly 130,000 employees,

the Coca-Cola Company wanted to create a central hub for

employees to discover services offered by internal departments.

This would not only drastically lower the current spending on

outside agencies, but would carry the assurance that it would be

completed by experienced, knowledgeable teams who are

familiar with company guidelines and standards.

After consulting and interviewing with multiple departments

in the digital media realm, our team designed a centralized platform that would allow for easy services and standards discovery, as well as the ability to highlight individual

departments in “real-time” through a self-promoting blog forum.

Janet spends a lot of her workday training her employees and other agencies on how to use the services her department offers. She enjoys her job but would like more time to complete departmental goals instead of putting out fires. She needs a central place to share her services and how other agencies can access them.
