OUR MissionTo improve the retention, transfer and graduation rate of targeted students. The main emphasis of the program is to provide a friendly and non-threatening environment in which students can receive assistance in meeting their academic, personal, career and social needs.

HOURS OF OPERATIONMonday - Thursday8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

How To Receive Services(Application period is June - September)

1. Stop by our offices on the first floor of the Student Center, Room 190, no appointment necessary.2. Complete an application form.3. Once eligibility has been determined, you will meet with one of our counselors who will recommend appropriate services.

Project SOAR is a program designed to provide additional support and guidance to qualified students. All services provided through this program are free! So check us out!

Who Qualifies?To qualify for the program you must be enrolled as an OSU-OKC student and have a documented academic need. In addition, you must belong to one of the following groups:

• First-generation college student (neither parent has a bachelor’s degree)• Financially disadvantaged• Student with disabilities
