Introduction

The Monad Terrace project is one of the most anticipated developments in Miami Beach and still in the construction phase. The project will be featuring a giant lagoon in its center and a bay-facing double-height lobby with a porte-cochère.This 59-unit luxury condo designed by the architect Jean Nouvel and constructed by JDS Development has built a Sales Gallery a few blocks from the site, to allow potential buyers the opportunity to experience what would be like to live in this amazing project. The organisation chose Linvisibile doors as a key element in its design, portraying an elegant and exquisite living space. The gallery will also soon be available as an event space for community organisations and Miami nonprofit groups.

Description

For the Sales Gallery project, LINVISIBILE furnished 4 highly tailored doors. The products were predisposed for the application of the finishes at the destination.

In addition, LINVISIBILE offered a complete service experience supporting our clients in the designing of the products, installation and the transportation through our local partner Strato Ambienti. We also provided extra visits onsite after the installation for hinge regulations

Finishes: Predisposed for the application of marble stone, mirror, glass and also finished as wall.

ALBA Filo 10 Hinged doors

Linvisibile Filo 10 Hinged door is the exclusive door, which thanks to panel thichness of 102 mm, allows a perfect flush with the wall on both sides of the panel. The product stands out for only 3 mm perimetral gap between the panel and the wall.Like all Linvisibile products, Filo 10 Hinged door is distinguished by the use of concealed hinges and the absence of door frames or jambs to achieve seamless continuity between wall and door. It can be coated with almost any type of material (metal, stone, leather) to create special atmospheres, in a tasteful way. There are lacquered (glossy or matt) and wooden versions offered as well.
