Leonor Wiesner, EAC.A.3 Project Selection Committee (PSC) no. 2 met on 2 June 2017 to select success stories from among good practices identified by National Agencies, in accordance with DG EAC's Strategy for the Dissemination and Exploitation of Programme Results. The assessment was carried out on the basis of the Project Selection Grid confirmed for this specific Project Selection Committee by Unit B2 on 6 April (see Annex 1). Excellent project, which tackles current VET priorities by offering e-learning to fill IT jobs and reduce the skills gap. The website contains various dissemination materials: a flyer, a methodology report, a desk research on skill needs, data analysis VET programme requirements and specifications, Train the Trainers Manual and MOOC in 4 languages.

Towards a More Innovative Workplace

The main aim of the project is to create a more innovation-friendly environment for EU micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and increase their business adaptability by providing the necessary training support for performing organizational innovation. Excellent website in 6 languages with, among several relevant dissemination documents, a curriculum (training materials and explanation of teaching and learning activities), training modules and guidelines for VET providers.

The project has created an online self-assessment tool that helps education and training organisations to find out if they are well prepared for working internationally. Very good website with many outputs worth disseminating.

The project answers perfectly the objectives of the current VET policy, i.e. offering solutions to unemployment through guidance and VET. The results are clearly presented in the Erasmus Project Results Platform (EPRP), and the good practices guide can be very inspirational to other stakeholders involved in guidance and VET delivery.

Strenght from peer review - developing the quality of international activities in VET

This is an excellent project which addressed the objectives of the Erasmus+ programme by fostering quality improvements, innovation and internationalisation of VET organisations as well as students and staff mobility. The results are well documented and are extremely useful for the VET target group (training module for Peer Review in internationalisation in VET, guidelines for Peer Review in internationalisation, criteria and indicators for student mobility, strategic partnerships projects and international activities,).

The project focused on the promotion of entrepreneurship among the young generation by providing young entrepreneurs with a strong international network of support. Very interesting project aimed at facilitating the access of some of the most socially excluded groups to basic VET. It developed two handbooks with paths for recognition/certification with learning outcomes. Comprehensive, attractive and well developed website.

The project explores practices of training and employing intercultural mediators for immigrants throughout EU. It promotes the exchange of good practices in the field of intercultural mediation by proposing model training programmes for both intercultural mediators and their trainers.

Envi – Mobile: Integration of mobile learning into environmental education fostering local communities development

The project aims at providing teachers of primary and secondary schools with relevant and innovative teaching and learning materials focused on environmental education and foreign language teaching. It also aims at improving the level of key competencies and skills of target groups in science,technology and ICT.

The website is attractive and contains several tools, including pedagogical materials and needs analysis. The App is amusing and works well. Some of the content relates to cultural heritage, which is worth noting for EY 2018.

In order to facilitate the dissemination, we kindly invite the beneficiary to translate in EN the summary of the project on VALOR.

ET2020 calls for partnership between enterprise and VET with in order to improve the quality and efficiency of vocational education and training. Ultimate objective is to reduce mismatches education/labour market.

The project provides several outputs: a training guide, a survey on employers' needs, an employer's guide to best practices and a guide to EQF referencing.

Quality of youth career guidance and nowadays media literacy

This project changes the shape of the modern consulting process for career guiding purposes – from pure career guidance to self-guidance through modern media literacy.

The website contains a manual on career guidance, a leaflet, a toolkit on how to get started. The project has a Facebook page which is still active.
