Experience is the best teacher. This saying has played a guiding role in

inclusion of industrial visit as a part of T.Y.B.B.A. student and explosure to real business

environment.

Management training remains incomplete out practically understanding real management

problems. Theoretical knowledge alone is not enough to complete management training.

The practical training is in the form of INDUSTRIAL TRAINING at the T.Y.B.B.A. level

develops awareness about real management environment. It helps the student and also helps to

understand the difficulties and challenges in the business world.

student who visited this unit for different purpose they speak volume of its beauty and good

administration.

It is necessary to have principal knowledge before doing any work because of todays

For the practical knowledge I have taken industrial training in DUKE PLASTO

TECHNIQUE PVT LTD., mainly in this report the focus is on different departments like as
