54.1 Record Call to Order, 7:00 PM, meeting opened.
54.2 J. Seeley Public Comments
D. Moriarty asked to move Public Comments forward on the agenda. A public records
request has been submitted by Mr. Nearen. Mr. Nearen described his role on the
project and requested 1) a copy of the construction contract between the Town and
Consigli, and 2) a copy of certified payrolls from Consigli thru the last processed
requisition.
J. Seeley to obtain a copy of the documents and provide for D. Moriarty to give to Mr.
Nearen.
54.3 Record A motion was made by F. White and seconded by B. Davis to approve the 8/19/15
Permanent School Building Committee meeting minutes. No discussion, motion
passed unanimous by those attending.
54.4 Record J. Seeley distributed and reviewed the Meetings Schedule and Agenda thru 12/9/15,
attached.
54.5 Record J. Seeley distributed and reviewed the updated Project Schedule, attached.
54.6 Record J. Seeley distributed and reviewed the Early Masonry Package No. 3 Bidding Timeline,
attached.
54.7 J. Seeley J. Seeley to provide a separate handout package for the Vouchers for future meetings.
54.8 Record K. Kovacs distributed and reviewed the exterior light fixture designs under a “lit”
condition, attached. The Committee agrees with the design direction.
54.9 K. Kovacs K. Kovacs will provide direction on whether the porcelain ceramic tile wainscoat has a
coved base at the next Committee meeting.
54.10 Record C. Riordan distributed and reviewed a summary of the reconciled 90% Contract
Document Cost Estimates. The estimates are on budget. No Value Engineering is
required.
54.11 Record A Motion was made by P. Mahoney and seconded by B. Davis to approve the 90%
Contract Document submission to MSBA. No discussion, voted unanimously.
54.12 P. DiGirolamo
J. Seeley distributed the Financing Recommendation plan from E. Kinsherf.
P. DiGirolamo will forward the Treasurer’s Financing Recommendation plan to the
Committee for review.
54.13 Record K. Kovacs indicated the copper shingle is approximately 18” x 12”.
54.14 Record C. Riordan provided a construction status update. The Baseball and Softball Outfields
Planting, Phase 2, will be commencing. OAL No. 6 for the Landscape Subcontractor
will be presented for execution on 9/3/15. Structural steel and concrete rebar shop
drawings are underway, with a projected mid-September date for foundation
commencement. The construction trailers will be made operational over the next week.
An existing gas line was struck by the Site Subcontractor on the morning of 9/2/15.
Consigli contacted the Fire Department and the line was shut-off. A meeting to review
safety protocols occurred immediately after the incident with Consigli’s safety officer,

the sub-contractors and school administration. C. Riordan to provide the school
administration a copy of the safety protocol manual.
54.15 Record D. Moriarty reviewed the contractor’s use of the surplus furniture in the Town Hall as a
result of the recent renovations to Town Hall, provided Consigli provides a fair credit.
This was reviewed with B. Phelan and T. Gordon earlier in the year.
After discussion, the Committee agrees with allowing Consigli to use the surplus
furniture provided a fair credit is offered.
54.16 Record Next PSBC Meeting: September 16, 2015 at 7:00 pm at the H-Cam Studios.
54.17 Record A Motion was made by P. Mahoney and seconded by B. Davis to adjourn the meeting.
No discussion, voted unanimously.

Photo Cell Tenon (PCT) - Button type photocell mounted in cast aluminum pole top tenon. Tenon has integral cast visor to prevent false start/stop cycle and can be oriented for optimum performance. Refer to luminaire spec sheet to determine if this option is applicable.
GFCI Receptacle (REC) - GFCI duplex receptacle with cast base bolted to pole and gasketed, provided with weather-proof, self-closing cover; located 36” (915mm) from base of pole, inline with handhole. Receptacle is intended only for portable tools or other portable equipment to be connected to outlet only when attended by operating personnel (120V only).
