The total sample size of the research was
7 officials from 7 different nursingcolleges and 8 HR officials from 8different Hospitals in Bhubaneswar. So,our total sample size is 15 officials ofboth nursing colleges and hospitals.

Existing Nursing Institutes are fairlyrunning with about 80% of their seatsget filled per year.
All the Nursing Collages Follow INCPattern.
Every collages in BBSR place nearly90% of their students with some evensuccessfully achieving cent percent

Attrition. Hospitals HR Officials reserve the
CV of candidate's or they go forwalk in interviews for Recruitmentand Selection Process.

Hospitals are interested in Hiringour students but in irregular basis.
Attrition Rate of Nursing is veryhigh.
GNM and BSc in nursing are themost preferred courses of 11

Suggestions:As there is only one institute in Bhubaneswar providing the
training and education to the paramedical students soopening a new centre would be beneficial.
As most of the hospitals in Bhubaneswar go for walk ininterviews and have no specific institute tie ups so, buildingrelations with hospitals will boost placement strategy.
The equipments in Bhubaneswar Hospital are advanced and
the students should be thought to deal with those types oftheory and practical knowledge.
Since there is very high attrition of nursing staff and notmany institutes are present to give training so, opening anursing institute would also be good source of income.
As the posts for paramedical students in Bhubaneswar are
limited scope for placing the students should be wide openfor long term success.
The salary after joining is up to Rs. 10,000 at max so, coursefees should be accordingly charged.
Most students joining are not locales so; proper hostel andfood facility should be available.
