Overall objective: To develop policy instruments and approaches to improve access to finance and speed up investments in sustainable energy projects.

How?- By exchanging and transferrin good practices

(including the transfer of DE-on)- By analysing specific challenges per region and proposing a tailored package of measures- By preparing concrete plans to realise these measures
