INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PRINTING OF LEARNERS

ACTIVITY SHEETS (LAS) 3-4 AND UNIFIED SELF-LEARNING

MODULES (USLEMS) WEEKS 4-9 FOR THE THIRD QUARTER

FOR KINDER TO GRADE 3 1. The Schools Division Office-Muntinlupa City, through Republic Act 11518 Fiscal Year

(FY) 2021 General Appropriations Act (GAA) - Current Appropriations with Sub-

Allotment Release Order (Sub-ARO) No. NCR-21-02-008, intends to apply the sum of

Three Million One Hundred Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Three Pesos and

50/100 (PhP3,113,403.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Printing

Learners Activity Sheet (LAS) 3-4 and Unified Self-Learning Modules (USLeMs)

Weeks 4-9 for the Third Quarter for Kinder to Grade 3/Project No.2021-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the bid opening.

2. The Schools Division Office-Muntinlupa City now invites bids for the above

Procurement Project Delivery of the Goods which is required on or before May 3, 2021.

Bidders should have completed, within 15 years from the date of the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is

contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules

and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or

organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the

laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.

4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Schools Division Office-

Muntinlupa City and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from

8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on March

15, 2021 from the BAC Secretariat at Student Center for Life Skills Building (SCLS),

Centennial Avenue, Laguerta, Tunasan, Muntinlupa City upon payment of the

applicable fee for the Bidding Documents pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the GPPB, upon payment in cash or online, of a non-refundable fee by the interested bidders

in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (₱5,000.00). The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person, or thru e-mail:

[email protected]. Advance Copy of the Official Receipts shall be sent

thru the bidders’ email address and the submission of the original copy shall be done during the submission/opening of bids on April 5, 2021.
