Project Management (3.0 Cr) Business and Economics Course Description Project management refers to the art, or science, of directing projects. This course covers both the theory, and actual practice, of how to successfully manage projects. You will review the concepts, methodologies, and tools of project management as well as its fundamentals: integration management, costing, quality, collaboration, project life cycles, control, risk management, procurement, and evaluation. Ten comprehensive module quizzes and a full-length 200-question Practice Final Exam cover PMBOK® Guide areas of knowledge.
