Knock ,knock ,knock , KNOCK , KNOCK , KNOCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A: Good morning Ms,oh ! You must be Mrs. Diana Herrera. Excuse me if I wasnt in time to

open the door. I had a problem with the dates today.

B:That apology isnt enought ! i was knocking the door for hours ! i had a bad day and i am

really stressed.

A:Oh! Take it easy Mrs. Herrera , Im the psycologist and I here to listen to you about all of

your problems and try to understand these problems to help you .

B: Im sorry , youre right Dr. David , yes Im really stressed because I just recently started to

work at Kodak company.

A: Congratulations!. Kodak company is dedicated to the design, production and marketing of

equipment photographic articles. I remember that my friend told me about this company and

he said that: Its a good place to work and the salary is the best of this company.

B: You are absolutely right! But there are some disadvantages to work there. I routinely have

to supervise the production process of these products, read some documents, receive the

returns of products, and other activities inside the office.

A: It is impossible that my brother has worked there since 2009 and he has had a fair

treatment in all this time.Why do you say that?

B: Well, I have to work a lot because my boss cut back on the production of this products.

Today, he started laying off people, especially my friends. , you dont know how I felt when my

to crying. So, it was a terrible day for me.

A:Be calm Mrs !!!! So what happened later ?

B: Definetly I had to talk with my boss about this. So, I got into his office and i told him that I

was dismayed about his decision. I didnt understand you. Then, I decided to give up until I get

what i want,-equal treatment at work. He looked at me and he got away on the office.

A: Oh..Thats the problem You feel dismayed because you dont understand the decision of

your boss. Well, Sometimes we think that laying off is the best idea to solve the problem of the

business. I wonder if the corporation could have gone under.

B: Well, I am very aware of the problems of this corporation but why dont carry on the

tradition to finish the work this month and then he talk to the workers about his decision of

laying off them?

A: You may be right in part, but remember people dont always think like one.

B: Oh come on! I know that but my boss is a slacker person. Uhmm... I think the sales of this

company might have taken offif we might have chosen a visionary person for this company.

A:I can agree to that. This company couldnt have gone underif the coworkers had chosen the

best candidate for the position of boss.

B:I am pretty sure that her wife might have talked to him about fire my best friend.

A: wife???? .... why ?

B: Well, Let me explain..

A:Oh ! Wait for a moment please Mrs. Herrera, Someone is knocking the door

B:But Dr.!!!

A:Good Morning, Mrs. Garcia , mmm..

C:Good Morning Dr. David, so What happened?

A:Im sorry , but my secretary has a problem whit the dates , I have a date yet but I can take

care of his case , please coming up !

C:But, who is that Mrs.?

A:Is Mrs. Herrera. She has had a problem in her job But, tell me What is your problem?

C:Ok, Im here because Im feeling bad. Today, I had to fire my employees.

A: Oh Really? So, today I have to talk with my patients about how do you solve the work

issues?

C: Excuse me Dr. But I don't understand you.

upwith fantastic ideas, So the company took off the sales but now, the economy around the

world is hard , in part I can understand that.

A: You have to be calm, Ms Diana has to think about it . I feel He is very honest. You never saw

him so sad. Maybe He could make a mistake. He is not perfect.

B:I need to get awayto take a breath.

C: she dontunderstand me. Kodak is a big company. This company is taking serious problems

for the downturn that exist around the world. Many companies could have stopped working.

But our company will get bybecause we have the best employers. Also , we had to mke a hard

decision to fire wokers and so, stick withproduction.

A:Youre probably right, but First You were explained about this circumstance. Right ?

C:I suppose the workers couldnt have accepted this decision I know that was not the best

way to say them I was nervous It was the hardest decision in my life. It would happen of

anyway. We couldnt do anything to get around. Remember that it not depend of me.

B: (Diana get into ) I feel a little better

C: I hope that You understand me and think about your decision. Kodak need you. I wil do my

best effort to rehire your friend. I think you have aptitudes for this job, I am sure to get

ahead Kodak will set up to be the best again.

B: Let me think about it. I have a date with my friend. I have to go there now, thanks for all Dr.

David.

A: The only solution is to face your problems and try to figure out the best solution . I feel goodto help them.
