RISK RESPONSE PLAN

Old electrical wiring is dangerous, must be replaced

Mitigate: risk by having a preliminary assessment done by the electrician.

Mitigate: Have the electrician start work on the project on the first day so that the budget and schedule can be revised, if

necessary.Contingency: Keep a small portion of the budget in reserve to cover this expense, if

needed.

Friend-laborers cancel/do not show up

• Mitigate: risk by confirming participation for the following day at the end of each shift or via phone.

• Contingency: Have 1-2 other friends who will be available to come and help in the event tasks cannot wait.
