Odely Marine is a professional marine design and consultation company developed itself along with the booming of China’s Shipbuilding industry.

Odely Marine was originally a joint venture established in 1994 by Odely Trading GmbH, Germany (hereinafter referred to as Odely) and Marine Desing & Research Institute of China (hereinafter referred to as MARIC).

Combined international marketing resources from Odely with strong technical abilities from MARIC, Odely Marine was founded as a window and special force of MARIC to explore international ship design market, especially the Europe market. In Chinese, the pronunciation ‘Odely’ symbolizes a win-win strategy in Europe market.

Since the foundation of Odely Marine, we have been focusing on ship design and the development of marine technology, marine consultation, shipbuilding supervision and survey, etc. in the international market. In the passed several years, Odely Marine has been being one of the most active and competitive design company having successful cooperation with Chinese shipyards. Our major activity, ship design, has experienced success in Chinese shipbuilding market. Dozens of merchant vessel designs have been provided to our European and other famous international clients, including container ship, multipurpose vessel (known as “Blue Whale” series), bulk carrier, PCTC, chemical tanker, LPG carrier, offshore supply vessel, tug, etc.

Aiming at a more effective and competitive company in both international and domestic market, Odely Marine separated from MARIC at the end of 2002 and became an independent private company.

Today, Odely Marine has about 36 professional marketing and technical staff with technical committee membership of ABS, BV, GL and LR. We are the exclusive official translator of BV Rules and Regulations in China. Our key staffs, not only accomplished in modern ship design, but also with abundant experience of international cooperation, many of them been trained or attended cooperate design in Europe. Close cooperation with famous Chinese Towing Tanks also enabled us to keep abreast with global cutting-edge technology of hydrodynamics. Up to now, we are one of the few company who has the ability to develop ship design from initial to detailed stage for European Owners in China. Our innovative designs close integrated with Owner’s practice, has appealed many international clients. Among others, the Royal Institute of Naval Architect (RINA) has listed our 16.5k IMO II(k) Tanker in “Significant Ship 2009”, and we are the only one Chinese design company in the list. Naval Architect also had a special report on our company in September.

（4）以 1300TEU集装箱船为代表的现代支线集装箱船舶系列，500TEU、600TEU、700TEU、800TEU、1100TEU、1200TEU、1300TEU、1700TEU、1800TEU、2000TEU、2500TEU、3000TUE、3500TEU系一会儿等，其中多数已交付国外船东使用，并获得了良好的赞誉；（5）以 3500m3LPG 为代表的GROWING系列船舶，包括 3200m3LPG、3500m3LPG、3700m3LPG、5000m3LPG、6500m3LPG 船，为国内外著名船东开发，受到市场广泛关注。

再如, 公司还开发和设计了具有鲜明时代特征的高速穿浪客滚船（天津至大连、400客位、35Kn航速），以及汽车滚装船 PCTC等高技术高附加值产品，更是努力填补了我国这一领域的空白。

另外，公司在近海供应船，各类拖轮等船型开发方面，也获得国内外船东，船级社以及船厂的

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This vessel is a multi purpose tug. The vessel to be capable of :Towing all types and floating structure; Transport of material and equipment on deck(abt.500 m2);Transport of cement, mud & brine; Guarding or anchoring for drilling platform and non-self-propelling ship; Supply living material and equipment for drilling platform; Having grade FF1 fire fighting ability(1200m3/h);Anti-pollution dispersing system. This vessel to be propelled by two diesels driving two controllable pitch propellers in fixed nozzles via compound reduction gear with engine room, accommodation and navigation space located forward of amidships having forecastle, raked stem and transom stern.
