Actual Costs – Timesheets & Misc Costs

Actual Costs - Stock Adjustments and Stock Used Costs on the Project.

Outstanding Purchase Order Item lines assigned to the project.

Actual Goods Received Against Item Lines assigned to a Project. As a Purchase order has goods

delivered it goes from the purchase order tab to the Goods Received Tab.

Actual Bills against item lines for a project. As a Bill or Bill linked to a GRN is entered this cost goes

against a project. GRNs are automatically removed as they are billed.

Ability to add notes against the project.

Ability to add documents, images, drawings against a project

Planner allows you to create Activities (from CRM) of tasks that need to be done on the project.

The timeline shows what activities, orders are due in or to be done.
