Our “Reality Check” Budget provides our clients with the cost framework to choose what to do.

Once they make that decision we get to work clarifying every detail of the real project so that you can provide a fixed cost for the scope of work items we’ll include in our contract.

If needed, we provide special notes about the task to call attention to specific requirements or conditions.

We add special technical notes, site conditions, or comments that you have provided about this task



Those notes then appear in the in the final work authorization



We enter cost information provided by every sub and product vendor and use this to determine the final contract cost for the project.

The Project Plans by title and date

The Scope of Work that includes every item you have made a commitment to complete at an agreed cost

A project start date and target completion period

… and a timeframe



The client receives the written scope of work that includes every item in each phase and category in the exact same language that you were provided, but without the special technical notes.



The system is designed to keep us all aligned



By managing information in this way we are striving to make the best use of everybody’s time.

We depend on you to understand our process so the work goes smoothly and we are clear about what we expect from each other.



What happens next?

Once our client signs the construction contract we will be sending you your signed Independent Contractor Work Authorization (ICWA).

You will be notified of the schedule and asked to maintain a commitment to your place in the master plan.
