Detailing Of Master Schedule1.0 Project Preparation work

The Total Project is scheduled for 253 days, it is allocated 54 days for the pre- construction work.

1.1 Equipment Mobilization. Project is suppose to carry on using

two Trailing suction Hopper Dredgers Surveying Yates Ground improvement Equipment & Etc.

to be mobilize within First 53 days.

1.2 Preparation for commencement

It is allocated 10 no's of working days for bathymetric survey to ensure actual under water depths to carry out dredging works

Reclamation As per the specification & provided

Drawings, the work should be carried out using Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger(TSHD) & other support machineries. After the bathymetric survey ,TSHD can sail to identified & authorised Dredging area to dredge the soil up to required level. Then the dredge soil to be transfer to reclamation area through the floating Pipe line or following rainbow method to reclaim the land as required.

Ground improvement Ground Improvement to be followed

for gain the bearing capacity & compatibility of soil on the recently reclaimed land. For this process we are mainly deploy the vibrio compaction & Dynamic compaction method to improve the stability of reclaimed soil.

2.0 Implementation of the project.Work Scoop in brief.

There is 5 islands to be reclaim by dredging specific area where the lagoon is exist.

2.0 Implementation of the project.2.1 Reclamation & Ground

Improvement

as shown in above schedule ,Each island is apportion to 4 main sections. Island no 1 reclamation & ground improvement work schedule for 40 days starting from 4th

July & for each section it is allocated 5 days to complete the assign work. Same time we are scheduled to start the reclamation work of island no 4 simultaneously

deploying the 2nd TSHD. It is to be complete reclamation & Ground improvement work in both island no 1 & 4 ,

by 2nd August 2k16

2.0 Implementation of the project.2.1 Reclamation & Ground Improvement

Then Island No 3 is to be commence by 24th July & it is scheduled to be complete by 22nd August

Once the completion of reclamation works in island no 3, we are planning to commence the work in island 2 & the work is scheduled to be complete within a month as it is less area comparing with other four islands.

2.0 Implementation of the project.2.1 Reclamation & Ground Improvement

Island 5 is the last island to be reclaimed as per the schedule(24th July) & it is to be complete by 22nd of August.

Once it is completed, we have to move to construction of Sand beaches & it,s levelling work.

It is scheduled to be complete within the next 60 days time starting from 23rd Aug & planned to complete by 21st October .

2.0 Implementation of the project.2.2 Lagoon Excavation & Trimming

Lagoon excavation & trimming work to be complete within 30 days from 22 Sep ,as per the provided detailed drawing which is shown in below figure.

Channel excavation ,Breakwater & revetment work is scheduled for 79 days as very last part of the completion of this project

3.0 As built Handing Over.

As built handing over to be done as scheduled at the final stage of this project.

The post dredging survey to be done before the handing over & if there is

any defects identified ,it is to be rectified within the period allocated .

Entire project to be handover to client on or before 28th January 2k17.

Schedule subjected to be revise considering the site condition & Work flow with prior approval of the parties.
